Abstract

Surya Aji Sukarno (2022) Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak pada pendidikan. Perubahan sistem pembelajaran menjadi daring memunculkan ketidakefektifan dalam proses pembelajaran, hal tersebut berpengaruh pada kesiapan kerja peserta didik terkhusus pada peserta didik SMK yang memang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan para lulusan untuk memasuki dunia kerja, namun pada tiga tahun terakhir SMK menjadi penyumbang terbesar pengangguran dilihat dari tingkat pendidikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan peserta didik kelas XII program keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan SMKN 7 Baleendah ditinjau pada aspek kognitif, aspek afektif dan aspek psikomotorik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 99 peserta didik atau seluruh populasi kelas XII program keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan otomotif dengan sampel yang digunkan sebanyak 99 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, dalam proses pengumpulan data, pada aspek afektif dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner yang berkaitan dengan kesiapan kerja peserta didik program keahlian TKRO, pada aspek kognitif menggunakan nilai rapor yang merupakan laporan akhir semester untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik, serta pada aspek psikomotorik menggunakan hasil ujian kompetensi keahlian yang merupakan proses penilaian untuk menentukan peserta didik sudah kompeten atau belum kompeten terhadap unit kompetensi yang diujikan. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dapat dinyatakan bahwa kesiapan peserta didik kelas XII program keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan otomotif SMKN 7 Baleendah angkatan 2021/2022 pada aspek kognitif dikategorikan siap, pada aspek afektif dikategorikan siap dan pada aspek psikomotorik dikategorikan siap, dapat disimpulkan secara umum tingkat kesiapan peserta didik kelas XII SMKN 7 Baleendah termasuk siap. Changes in the learning system to be online to ineffectiveness in the learning process, it affects the work readiness of students, especially in vocational students who are aiming to prepare graduates to enter the work, but in the last three years SMK became the largest contributor to unemployment seen from the level of Education. The purpose of this study to determine the level of readiness of students in class XII of the automotive light vehicle engineering program at SMKN 7 Baleendah in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The study population was 99 students or the entire population of class XII of the automotive light vehicle engineering program with a sample of 99 students. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, in the data collection process, on the affective aspect it is done by distributing questionnaires related to the work readiness of students of the TKRO expertise program, on the cognitive aspect using report cards which are the end of semester reports to determine student learning outcomes. as well as on the psychomotor aspect using the results of the skill competency test which is an assessment process to determine whether students are competent or not competent to the competency unit being tested. Based on the results of the study, it can be stated that the readiness of class XII students of the automotive light vehicle engineering program at SMKN 7 Baleendah class 2021/2022 on the cognitive aspect is categorized as ready, on the affective aspect it is categorized as ready and on the psychomotor aspect it is categorized as ready. it can be concluded in general the level of readiness of students Class XII SMKN 7 Baleendah including ready.
