Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh semangat kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif metode survei eksplanasi dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 56 dan populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 responden. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil pengolahan data didapatkan gambaran komunikasi interpersonal karyawan berada pada kategori efektif, gambaran disiplin kerja karyawan berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, dan gambaran kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa Semangat Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara simultan dan signifikan. This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of West Bandung Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and work discipline on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration, West Bandung Regency. This study uses descriptive and verification types of explanatory survey methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The total population in this study were 56 and the population in this study was 56 respondents. And the data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of data processing show that the description of employee interpersonal communication is in the effective category, the description of employee work discipline is in the fairly high category, and the description of employee performance is in the fairly high category. The results of the hypothesis test show that work morale and work discipline have an effect on employee performance simultaneously and significantly.
