Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk meneliti hubungan persepsi peserta dalam metode hybrid learning dengan motivasi belajar. Dilatar belakangi oleh dampak dari pandemi berpengaruh pada bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan, dimana diklat harus dilaksanakan secara online selama hampir dua tahun, dan membuat peserta diklat merasa jenuh dan menurunnya motivasi belajar. Sementara itu pada diklat keprotokolan diperlukan pertemuan secara langsung karena harus melakukan praktik. Maka diklat PPKASN menerapkan metode hybrid learning. Dalam penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana motivasi belajar dan persepsi peserta dalam metode hybrid learning, serta bagaimana hubungan persepsi dan motivasi nya. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen berupa angket. Responden angket tersebut merupakan seluruh peserta diklat keprotokolan angkatan 2020 peserta diklat yang menggunakan metode hybrid learning. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel dengan sampel total, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, yakni sebanya 30 peserta diklat. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini bahwa: 1) persepsi peserta dalam metode hybrid learning berada pada kategori interpretasi sangat kuat, dengan persentase mencapai 92%, artinya peserta diklat memiliki persepsi yang baik, sedangkan 2) motivasi belajar peserta diklat berada pada kategori interpretasi sangat kuat sebesar 90%, artinya motivasi belajar pada peserta diklat sangat tinggi. 3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi dengan motivasi belajar peserta diklat keprotokolan terhadap metode hybrid learning. Kata Kunci: Metode hybrid learning, Persepsi, Motivasi Belajar ABSTRACT This study intends to examine the relationship between training participants' perceptions of the hybrid learning method and learning motivation. Against this backdrop, the impact of the pandemic on education and training, where the training had to be conducted online for almost two years, and made the training participants feel bored and their motivation to learn decreased. Meanwhile, in protocol training, face-to-face meetings are required because they have to practice. So the PPKASN training applies the hybrid learning method. In this study, we want to find out how the learning motivation and perceptions of the training participants towards the hybrid learning method are, and how the perception and motivation are related. This study also uses a quantitative approach with the correlational method. Data collection is done through an instrumen in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire respondents were all protocol training participants for the class of 2020 training participants who used the hybrid learning method. The technique used in sampling is a total sample, where the entire population is sampled, ie a total of 30 training participants. The findings in this study are that: 1) the training participants' perception of the hybrid learning method is in the very strong interpretation category, with a percentage reaching 92%, meaning that the training participants have a good perception, while 2) the training participants' learning motivation is in the very strong interpretation category. by 90%, meaning that the learning motivation of the training participants is very high. 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between perceptions and learning motivation of protocol training participants on the hybrid learning method.
