Abstract

Persepsi, kesiapan, dan kinerja guru merupakan salah satu variabel yang mempengaruhi implementasi kurikulum di kelas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keeratan hubungan antara persepsi dan kesiapan dengan kinerja guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kota Sukabumi. Responden penelitian berjumlah 99 guru yang berasal dari sekolah penggerak angkatan 1 pada tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas di kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif kolearsi. Pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner menggunakan model skala likert. Instrumen yang tersebar telah teruji valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur persepsi guru, kesiapan guru, dan kinerja guru. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji kolerasi Pearson dan uji kolerasi parsial dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat temuan secara umum yakni diketahui bahwa kehadiran variabel kinerja guru sebagai variabel kontrol dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap hubungan antara variabel persepsi guru dan kesiapan guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka, dengan demikian variabel persepsi guru bukan satu-satunya variabel yang menentukan kesiapan guru, karena terdapat variabel lain yang berhubungan dengan kesiapan guru yaitu variabel kinerja guru. Selanjutnya terdapat tiga temuan khusus dalam penelitian ini, yang pertama terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dan kesiapan guru dalam implementasi kurikulukum merdeka di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kota Sukabumi, temuan kedua terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dan kinerja guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kota Sukabumi, dan temuan ketiga terdapat hubungan antara kesiapan dan kinerja guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kota Sukabumi. Teacher perception, readiness, and performance are one of the variables that affect the implementation of the curriculum in the classroom. The purpose of this study is to determine the close relationship between perception and readiness with teacher performance in the implementation of an merdeka curriculum in the Senior High School of Sukabumi City. The respondents of the study were 99 teachers who came from the 1st batch of sekolah penggerak at the senior high school level in Sukabumi city. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a collearsion descriptive method. Data collection in the form of questionnaires using a likert scale model. Scattered instruments have been tested to be valid and reliable to measure teacher perception, teacher readiness, and teacher performance. The data analysis used was the Pearson choleration test and the partial choleration test with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. Based on the results of the study, there are general findings, namely it is known that the presence of teacher performance variables as control variables can influence the relationship between teacher perception variables and teacher readiness in the implementation of an independent curriculum, thus the teacher perception variable is not the only variable that determines teacher readiness, because there are other variables related to teacher readiness, namely teacher performance variables. Furthermore, there are three specific findings in this study, the first is the relationship between teacher perceptions and readiness in the implementation of merdeka curricula in Sukabumi City Senior High Schools, the second finding is the relationship between teacher perceptions and performance in the implementation of merdeka curriculum in Sukabumi City Senior High Schools, and the third finding is the relationship between teacher readiness and performance in the implementation of merdeka curricula in Sukabumi City Senior High Schools.
