Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Social Inquiry untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Budaya Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Dalam penelitian ini memaparkan desain bahan ajar yang berbasis sintaks social inquiry untuk membuat siswa dapat berpikir kritis dan peka akan permasalahan keragaman budaya di sekitarnya berkaitan materi keragaman budaya pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas 4. Dalam penyusunannya, penelitian ini memperhatikan proses dan juga validasi ahli materi, ahli media dan juga siswa kelas 4 sekolah dasar. Maka dari itu pendekatan penelitian yang tepat untuk penelitian ini adalah metode Delphi. Untuk validasi kelayakan dan hasil akhir dari penelitian ini dilakukan oleh para ahli materi dan ahli media menggunakan instrument angket, sedangkan oleh siswa hanya uji coba terbatas kepada 5 orang menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil dari validasi ahli menggunakan angket kemudian diolah menggunakan rumus nilai kelayakan dan dibuat persentase dalam skala likert. Saran dan kritik dari ahli materi dan ahli media dijadikan dasar untuk perbaikan bahan ajar sehingga layak untuk digunakan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar Berbasis Social Inquiry untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Budaya Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Yang dapat dipakai oleh siswa kelas 4 sekolah dasar dengan materi yang sudah disesuaikan dengan kondisi sekitar siswa. Sehingga penulis yakin bahwa bahan ajar berbasis social inquiry yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan literasi budaya siswa sekolah dasar. This research discusses the development of study material based on improving cultural literacy in elementary school students. This research displays study material design that is based on social inquiry syntax to enable students to think critically and be sensitive to the cultural diversity issue around them related to cultural diversity study material in 4th graders' Social Science. In the making, this research paid attention to the process and also validation from the material experts, media experts, and also 4th-grade elementary school students. Therefore, the correct research approach for this is Delphi's method. To validate the worthiness and the last result of this research was performed by material experts and media experts using questionnaire instruments, whereas the students took limited trials to 5 students using observation sheets. The result of the validation of the last questionnaire was later processed using a worthiness grade formula and a percentage was made on a Likert scale. Suggestions and criticisms from material experts and media experts were made as a base for the study materials improvement so it will be feasible for use. This research produced social inquiry-based study materials to improve cultural literacy for elementary school students that can be used for 4th-grade elementary school students with the materials that have been adjusted with the condition around the students. So the writer believes that study materials based on social inquiry that was developed can improve the cultural literacy of elementary school students.
