Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah kinerja yang dimunculkan oleh pegawai belum optimal. Ditujukan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan angket tertutup, yang disebarkan kepada 62 pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan perhitungan WMS (Weight Means Score), kecenderungan umum responden untuk variable X (Budaya Organisasi) adalah 4,29 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan kecenderungan umum nilai rata-rata untuk variable Y (Kinerja Pegawai) sebesar 4,37 berada pada kategori sangat baik. Hal ini berarti secara umum Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat sudah baik. Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian digunakan rumus analisis korelasi Product Moment, uji determinasi, uji signifikasi dan uji regresi. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi yaitu sebesar 0,692 yang dapat disimpulkan hubungan variable X (Budaya Organisasi) dan variable Y (Kinerja Pegawai) adalah kuat. Berdasarkan uji determinasi diperoleh harga 47,9%, artinya kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat ditentukan oleh budaya organisasi dan sisanya disebabkan oleh faktor lain. Uji signifikansi diperoleh thitung sebesar 7,421 maka thitung > ttabel , artinya budaya organisasi memiliki korelasi yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Begitu juga dengan hasil pengujian regresi diperoleh harga persamaan Y = 44,502 + 0,437 hal ini berarti jika ada penambahan satu variable X akan diikuti 0,437 variable Y. Intended to find out the description of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Education Office of West Java Province. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used proportional random sampling technique with closed questionnaires, which were distributed to 62 employees at the West Java Provincial Education Office. Based on the calculation of WMS (Weight Means Score), the general tendency of respondents for variable X (Organizational Culture) is 4.29, which is included in the very good category. While the general trend of the average value for variable Y (Employee Performance) of 4.37 is in the very good category. This means that in general the Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Education Office of West Java Province is good. To test the research hypothesis, the Product Moment correlation analysis formula, determination test, significance test and regression test were used. The results of the correlation coefficient test are 0.692 which can be concluded that the relationship between variable X (Organizational Culture) and variable Y (Employee Performance) is strong. Based on the determination test, the price was 47.9%, meaning that the performance of employees at the West Java Provincial Education Office is determined by organizational culture and the rest is caused by other factors. The significance test obtained tcount of 7.421 then tcount > ttable, meaning that organizational culture has a positive and significant correlation with employee performance at the Education Office of West Java Province. Likewise with the results of the regression test, the price of the equation Y = 44,502 + 0.437, this means that if there is an addition of one variable X, 0.437 variable Y will follow.
