Abstract
Data peringkat WRWU (Webometrics Ranking of World Universities) milik Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia mengalami perubahan peringkat Webometrik selama enam tahun terakhir. ----- The WRWU (Webometrics Ranking of World Universities) ranking data belonging to the Indonesian University of Education has changed in the Webometric ranking for the last six years. The change in ranking means that competition is getting tougher and Universities are competing more closely with each other in terms of providing quality information and knowledge services. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the website based on a non-technical Webometric assessment and the technical assessment standard of the WCAG 2.1 guideline. The research approach used in this research is a combined research approach (mixed method) using an Explanatory Sequential research design which produces two forms of data to be analyzed, namely quantitative data and qualitative data. The results of the University of Indonesia's Webometric assessment scored (0.824) “Very Good”; University Gadjah Mada scored (0.810) “Very Good”; Harvard University scored (1,000) “Very Good”; and Indonesian University Of Education scored (0.729) “Good”. While the assessment of the criteria for examining the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at levels A, AA, and AAA, the UPI website has not fulfilled some levels of A and AA. This means that website developers need to pay attention to priority 1 and priority 2 against the level suitability table that has been found in the WCAG 2.1 website guidelines.
