Abstract

This study focuses on the Implementation and Impact of Accreditation Of Quality Service Vocational School, to find a picture that relates to the issues that affect the quality of education services. One objective of this study is to review and determine the effectiveness of accreditation management and its impact on the quality of school services, will further obtained a description and the phenomenon of accreditation and assessment management implementation on improving the quality of educational services. To get optimal results on the subject of research, qualitative methods approach was used. Retrieval of data obtained using different techniques, the human instrument approach incorporating interviews and observation techniques and supported triangulation of data analysis. The object of this study was the Principal, Head of Programme, Productive Teacher, School Committee, Assessors, kasi Curriculum Vocational School, Vocational School which is considered to provide the data or other information needed in this study. Their conclusion that the effectiveness of the Implementation and Impact of Accreditation Quality Of School Education Services, the AMS Siliwangi SMK, and SMK SMK Ciamis LPT 2 Ciamis Ciamis district of West Java, namely: 1) Implementation of management asistem accreditation has followed the decisions and policies and technical guidelines has been established, and substantially affects the appearance of the various school activities such as school development planning, quality of teaching, the quality of the performance of teachers and the quality of graduates, 2) Implementation Management School Accreditation System as an effective policy applied in improving the quality of education in the district of Ciamis, this because by doing an accreditation system to obtain an overview of school performance, and the data can be used as an instrument of development, development and school information, and 3) implementation of an effective management system accreditation in improving the quality of schools, and accreditation systems base on the application of Management School (MBS) created akuntablitiats school; 4) essential findings in this study, that the schools have not implemented: a) planning, evaluation and accreditation system is good and right and the school is only concerned at the moment of accreditation takes place, the lack of continuity of system that ensures continuous and sustainable manner; b) Not involving the entire school, especially not involving staff or personnel kependidikian, School Committee, c) management accreditation, especially in the evaluation have not been fully implemented and used as the basis for the preparation of the next program, d) School has not been a documented planning appropriate administrative accreditation instruments and financing substantially accreditation has not entered the School Budget, Except SMKN 2 Ciamis. For that recommendation is suggested, that the effectiveness of implementation of the management school accreditation to encourage schools have a competitive advantage, the existence of human resources in order to be improved by allocating a budget on the budget for the qualification and skills and priorities kompetetif performed at every school district in accordance with the regional distribution. School assessment system should involve institutions such indenpenden PGRI, NGOs concerned with education and community representatives, so a team of assessors not only representatives from the government, to avoid compromising the objectivity of the assessment process. It is proposed that the school should be made on the planning team accreditation, implementation team akrediatsi and accreditation evaluation team, which continually and perform scheduled stages of accreditation.
