Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam pengajaran menulis, khususnya dalam pengajaran menulis resensi film pendek Dengan demikian, dalam menggunakan model Group Investigation diharapkan dapat menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan menulis resensi film pendek siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model Group Investigation, perbedaan antara kemampuan menulis resensi film pendek siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model Group Investigation, dan aspek-aspek apa saja yang meningkat setelah menggunakan model Group Investigation. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain one group pre-test dan post-test. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII MIPA 7 SMA Negeri 15 Bandung Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik yang digunakan adalah tes dalam bentuk tertulis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kemampuan menulis resensi film pendek siswa sebelum menggunakan model Group Investigation belum lengkap, dengan rata-rata 50,4. Kemampuan menulis resensi film pendek siswa setelah menggunakan model Group Investigation tergolong tuntas, dengan rata-rata 82,33. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan menulis resensi film pendek sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model Group Investigation, hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 atau <0,05. Artinya H1 diterima, H0 ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan, bahwa model Group Investigation dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis resensi film pendek siswa kelas XII MIPA 7 SMA Negeri 15 Bandung Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. The ability to write short film reviews of students after using the Group Investigation model is considered complete, with an average of 82.33. There is a significant difference between the ability to write short film reviews before and after using the Group Investigation model, this is evident from the results of hypothesis testing which shows the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 or <0.05. This means that H1 is accepted, H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that the Group Investigation model can improve the ability to write short film reviews for students of class XII MIPA 7 SMA Negeri 15 Bandung in the 2021/2022 academic year.
