Abstract

Covid-19 berdampak besar di berbagai sektor salah satunya dibidang Pendidikan. Pandemi menyebabkan terhambatnya kegiatan belajar mengajar secara luring, sehingga pendidik dan peserta didik dipaksa untuk beradaptasi dengan metode pembelajaran daring. Tetapi, masalah baru muncul ketika pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring, beberapa diantaranya terkendala pada ekonomi keluarga dan metode pembelajaran luring yang kurang menarik. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan metode pembelajaran daring yang menarik, tidak membosankan, dan dapat diakses secara gratis. Salah satunya adalah media pembelajaran laman Rumah Belajar. Sebuah laman dapat dikategorikan baik dan nyaman, berbanding lurus dengan kenyamanan desain antarmuka yang disajikan oleh laman tersebut dan desain antarmuka merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting dalam membangun sebuah laman. Dalam penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk menganalisa desain antarmuka yang disajikan pada laman Rumah Belajar menggunakan metode evaluasi heuristik dan menarik kesimpulan mengenai kemudahan desain antarmuka Rumah Belajar sebagai media pembelajaran. Metode yang dilakukan memuat beberapa pertanyaan dengan perhitungan severity rating. Pada penelitian analisa heuristik laman Rumah Belajar dengan total 25 responden jurusan Multimedia di SMK Negeri 2 Bandung menggunakan angket Google Form. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan skor sub-indikator prioritas perbaikan tertinggi sebesar 2,52, dan skor sub-indikator prioritas terendah sebesar 0,24, dan rata-rata secara keseluruhan indikator sebesar 1,079. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa laman Rumah Belajar dikategorikan minor usability error/ masalah tidak penting. ------- Covid-19 has had a major impact on various sectors, one of which is in the field of education. The pandemic has hampered offline teaching and learning activities, so educators and students are forced to adapt to online learning methods. However, new problems arise when learning is carried out online, some of which are constrained by the family economy and offline learning methods are less attractive. Therefore, online learning methods are needed that are interesting, not boring, and can be accessed for free. One of them is the learning media on the Rumah Belajar page. A page can be categorized as good and comfortable, directly proportional to the comfort of the interface design presented by the page and interface design is one of the most important factors in building a page. This study aims to analyze the interface design presented on the Rumah Belajar page using the heuristic evaluation method and draw conclusions about the ease of designing the Rumah Belajar interface as a learning medium. The method used contains several questions with a severity rating calculation. In the heuristic analysis research on the Rumah Belajar page with a total of 25 respondents majoring in Multimedia at SMK Negeri 2 Bandung using a Google Form questionnaire. The results of the research carried out resulted in the highest priority improvement sub-indicator score of 2.52, the lowest priority sub-indicator score of 0.24, and the overall average indicator of 1.079. This proves that the Home Learning page is categorized as a minor usability error / unimportant problem.
