Abstract
Masa pandemi Covid-19 memberikan banyak pertimbangan bagi elemen pendidikan untuk mencapai hasil mutu pembelajaran yang baik, sehingga perlu adanya kebijakan yang benar-benar dapat diterima oleh semua kalangan yang dikeluarkan oleh stakeholder agar pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19 tetap berjalan. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sekolah di lingkungan SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Bandung dalam implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh pada peningkatan mutu pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dan teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan tahap teknik observasi, teknik wawancara, serta teknik dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini peneliti dapat menemukan proses pembelajaran jarak jauh selama pandemi Covid-19 dengan berbagai faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi di masing-masing sekolah, dan penerapan pola manajemen yang digunakan di sekolah lingkungan Muhammadiyah Kota Bandung ini yakni dengan menggunakan konsep GR. Terry, yakni proses perencanaan, proses pengorganisasian, proses pelaksanaan serta proses pengawasan pada implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh guna meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Dari penerapan pola manajemen pada implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh tidak semua sekolah siap untuk mengahadapi musibah pandemi ini, ada yang hasil mutu pembelajaran menurun, ada yang stagnan pada prosesnya dan adapun yang benar-benar menjadi acuan pembelajaran baru di sekolah sehingga mutu tetap tercapai dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh, Mutu Pembelajaran, Pandemi Covid-19 ABSTRACT Management Of Distance Learning Implementation In Improving the Quality Of Learning During The Covid-19 Pandemic (Phenomenological Studies at Muhammadiyah Middle School In Bandung City) Ulfah Zahidah (2002166) The Covid-19 pandemic period gives many considerations for the education element to achieve good quality learning outcomes, so it is necessary to have policies that are truly acceptable to all groups issued by stakeholders so that learning during the Covid-19 pandemic continues. This study aims to identify schools in the Muhammadiyah Middle School in Bandung City in implementing distance learning to improve the quality of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. And the data collection techniques are observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. The results of this study researchers were able to find the distance learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic with various supporting and inhibiting factors faced in each school, and the application of the management pattern used in this Muhammadiyah school in Bandung City, namely by using the GR concept. Terry, namely the planning process, organizing process, implementation process and supervision process on the implementation of distance learning in order to improve the quality of learning in schools. From the application of management patterns to the implementation of distance learning, not all schools are ready to face this pandemic disaster, some have decreased learning quality results, some are stagnant in the process and some are really a reference for new learning in schools so that quality is still achieved well.
