Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya perhatian praktik pendidikan terhadap kebijakan program yang dilakukan di sekolah. Program Rebo Nyunda merupakan kebijakan Pemerintah Kota dan Kabupaten Bandung yang bertujuan untuk melestarikan budaya Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rumusan program Rebo Nyunda di SDIT Al-Taftazani beserta pelaksanaan program Rebo Nyunda di SDIT Al-Taftazani yang didasari atas kajian pedagogik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan data dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Peneliti menganalisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan simpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tujuan pendidikan pada program Rebo Nyunda perlu diselaraskan dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional; (2) peran pendidik pada program Rebo Nyunda hanya sebagai pembimbing dan pemberi contoh saja, sehingga perlu disesuaikan dengan karakteristik seorang pendidik; (3) peran peserta didik pada program Rebo Nyunda tidak hanya dipandang sebagai subyek, melainkan sebagai individu yang dapat berkembang dan memiliki potensi; (4) isi pendidikan pada program Rebo Nyunda meliputi penanaman perilaku yang sesuai dengan budaya Sunda dan menggunakan model kontekstual; (5) situasi pendidikan pada program Rebo Nyunda terwujud dalam bentuk komunikasi interaktif antara pendidik dan peserta didik; (6) alat pendidikan pada program Rebo Nyunda meliputi pembiasaan, pengawasan, perintah, larangan, dan ganjara. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk memahami bagaimana studi pedagogis dilakukan pada program Rebo Nyunda. Kata Kunci: kajian pedagogik, program Rebo Nyunda. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the lack of attention to educational practices on program policies carried out in schools. The Rebo Nyunda program is a policy of the Bandung City and Regency Government which aims to preserve Sundanese culture. This study aims to describe the formulation of the Rebo Nyunda program at SDIT Al-Taftazani and the implementation of the Rebo Nyunda program at SDIT Al-Taftazani based on pedagogical studies. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive research methods. Data were collected using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation studies, and descriptive qualitative data were analyzed. Researchers analyzed the data by means of data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that: (1) the educational objectives in the Rebo Nyunda program need to be aligned with the national education goals; (2) the role of educators in the Rebo Nyunda program is only as a guide and as an example for the children, so it needs to be adjusted to the characteristics of an educator; (3) the role of students in the Rebo Nyunda program is not only seen as subjects but as individuals who can develop and have potential; (4) the educational content in the Rebo Nyunda program includes inculcating behaviors that are in accordance with Sundanese culture and using contextual models; (5) the educational situation in the Rebo Nyunda program is manifested in the form of interactive communication between educators and students; (6) educational tools in the Rebo Nyunda program include habituation, supervision, orders, prohibitions, and rewards. The results of this study can be used to understand how pedagogical studies are carried out in the Rebo Nyunda program. Keywords: pedagogical studies, the Rebo Nyunda program.
