Abstract

Keterampilan sosial siswa berkebutuhan khusus yang rendah, menciptakan suasana belajar yang kurang nyaman dan kondusif, sehingga diperlukan suatu upaya penanggulangan, salah satunya dengan melakukan bimbingan inklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program bimbingan inklusif terhadap pengembangan keterampilan sosial siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pre-eksperimen one group pre-test post-test design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa di SMPN 11 Cimahi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non random sampling, sampel diberikan kepada responden yang memiliki keterampilan sosial pada kategori rendah pada siswa normal dan siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran instrumen keterampilan sosial yang telah di judge oleh beberapa ahli. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis Sample Paired t-Test, selanjutnya data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Profil keterampilan siswa SMPN 11 Cimahi berada pada taraf cukup terampil, 2) Program bimbingan inklusif untuk mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa yang terdiri dari: rasional, deksripsi kebutuhan, tujuan, sasaran penelitian, mekanisme pelaksanaan intervensi, rencana operasional penelitian, kompetensi konselor dan SKLBK. 3) Hasil keefektifan program bimbingan inklusif secara statistik menujukkan signifikansi yang cukup efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan secara kualitatif responden penelitian menunjukkan perkembangan pada aspek kerjasama, ketegasan, empati dan kontrol diri. This study aims to determine the effect of inclusive guidance programs on the development of social skills of students with special needs. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test design method. The research population is all students' social skills at SMPN 11 Cimahi. The sampling technique is non-random sampling, the sample is given to respondents who have social skills in the low category for normal students and students with special needs. Data collection is done by distributing social skill instruments that have been judged by several experts. The data processing technique uses the Sample Paired t-Test analysis, then the research were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results showed: 1) Skill profile of SMPN 11 Cimahi students at a fairly skilled level, 2) inclusive guidance program to develop students' social skills consisting of: rationale, description of needs, objectives, research objectives, intervention implementation mechanisms, research operational plans, counselor competencies and SKLBK. 3) The results of the effectiveness of the inclusive guidance program are statistically significant enough to be effective in developing the social skills of students with special needs and qualitatively the research respondents show developments in the aspects of cooperation, assertiveness, empathy and self-control. Research recommendations are given for further researchers to be able to examine students' social skills with a more comprehensive coverage of influencing factors or demographic data.
