    Abstract

    Abstrak
    Salah satu faktor peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran yaitu ketersediaannya sarana dan
    prasarana yang layak dan bermutu. Salah satunya dengan manajemen sarana dan prasarana
    pembelajaran yang baik, maka semua sarana dan prasarana sekolah dalam kondisi siap
    pakai pada saat dibutuhkan, sehingga proses belajar mengajar dapat berjalan secara efektif
    dan efisien dan tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
    mendeskripsikan manajemen sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 1
    Cicalengka yang dimulai dari program perencanaan, penggunaan, pemeliharaan dan
    penghapusan serta hasil akhir yang berdampak pada mutu proses pembelajaran. Teknik
    pegumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data
    menggunakan data kualitatif dengan alur reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan
    kesimpulan, dan pemeriksaan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perencanaan
    sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran dilakukan dengan mengadakan rapat pada awal tahun,
    penetapan program dan analisis kebutuhan, penggunaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran
    mengikuti aturan dan jadwal pelajaran, pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran
    masih kurang perhatian dan kesadaran dari warga sekolah, dan penghapusan sarana dan
    prasarana pembelajaran telah mengikuti aturan berlaku yang mengacu pada undang-undang
    dan kebijakan pemerintah. Maka dapat disimpulkan SMA Negeri 1 Cicalengka sudah
    memfasilitasi pembelajaran dengan manajemen sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran.
    Penelitian ini diharapkan berimplikasi pada peningkatannya Manajemen sarana dan
    prasarana pembelajaran dengan lebih efektif dan efisien terutama pada penggunaan dan
    pemeliharan. Rekomendasi pada penelitian ini kepala sekolah harus lebih mematangkan
    manajemen sarana dan prasarana dan bekerjasama dengan stakeholder yang terkait dalam
    pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran.

    ABSTRACT
    One of the factors in improving the quality of learning is the availability of appropriate and
    quality facilities and infrastructure. One of them is with good management of learning
    facilities and infrastructure, then all school facilities and infrastructure are in a ready-touse condition when needed, so that the teaching and learning process can run effectively
    and efficiently and achieve educational goals. This study aims to describe the management
    of learning facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Cicalengka starting from the
    planning, use, maintenance and elimination program as well as the final results that have
    an impact on the quality of the learning process. Data collection techniques using
    observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative data with data
    reduction flow, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and checking the validity of the data.
    The results showed that the planning of learning facilities and infrastructure was carried
    out by holding meetings at the beginning of the year, determining programs and analyzing
    needs, using learning facilities and infrastructure following the rules and lesson schedules,
    maintaining learning facilities and infrastructure that still lacked attention and awareness
    from school residents, and eliminating learning facilities. and learning infrastructure has
    complied with applicable regulations referring to laws and government policies. So it can
    be concluded that SMA Negeri 1 Cicalengka has facilitated learning by managing learning
    facilities and infrastructure. This research is expected to have implications for improving
    the management of learning facilities and infrastructure more effectively and efficiently,
    especially in the use and maintenance. Recommendations in this study principals should be
    more mature in the management of facilities and infrastructure and cooperate with relevant
    stakeholders in the management of learning facilities and infrastructure.
