Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi rendahnya kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks nonfiksi siswa sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh model CIRC berbantuan Zoom Meeting dan model CIRC berbantuan Google Classroom terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks nonfiksi siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain yang digunakan adalah the matching pretest-posttest control group design populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cikopomayak 01 Kabupaten Bogor Kecamatan Jasinga. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan teknik purposive sampling dimana populasi tidak dipilih secara acak melainkan dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa prates dan pascates dan lembar observasi. Pengumpulan data penelitian diambil dari tes kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks nonfiksi siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut, pertama adalah penerapan model pembelajaran CIRC berbantuan Zoom Meeting dan CIRC berbantuan Google Classroom terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks nonfiksi siswa secara signifikan. Kedua penerapan model pembelajaran CIRC berbantuan Zoom Meeting terbukti lebih baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks nonfiksi siswa dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran CIRC berbantuan Google Classroom. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the CIRC model assisted by Zoom Meeting and the CIRC model assisted by Google Classroom on the ability to read and understand non-fiction texts of elementary school students. This research is a quasi-experimental study with the design used is the matching pretest-posttest control group design population as well as the sample in this study is all class V Cikopomayak State Elementary School 01 Bogor Regency Jasinga District. The sampling technique is purposive sampling where the population is not selected at random but is selected based on certain considerations. The instruments used in the form of pre-test and post-test and observation sheets. The collection of research data was taken from the students' reading comprehension test of non-fiction texts. Based on data analysis, the research results are as follows, first is the application of the CIRC learning model assisted by Zoom Meeting and CIRC assisted by Google Classroom which has been proven to significantly improve students' reading comprehension skills of non-fiction texts. The two applications of the CIRC learning model assisted by Zoom Meeting were proven to be better in improving students' reading comprehension skills of non-fiction texts compared to the CIRC learning model assisted by Google Classroom.
