Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan media pembelajaran yang kurang menarik yang digunakan guru dalam proses pembelajaran serta beragamnya materi tentang budaya Indonesia sehingga memerlukan suatu penyelesaian berupa inovasi media pembelajaran yang dapat meminimalisir permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu media pembelajaran video animasi konsep budaya Indonesia yang dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran untuk mata pelajaran IPS di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design and Development (D&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari analyze, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Partisipan yang terlibat adalah validator ahli media, ahli materi, ahli bahasa; responden yang terlibat adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 050 Cibiru. Hasil dari penelitian berupa produk media pembelajaran video animasi konsep budaya Indonesia yang telah melewati proses validasi ahli dan penilaian pengguna sebagai responden. Hasil validasi menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran video animasi memperoleh kategori “Sangat Baik” dari aspek media meliputi kemudahan penggunaan media, durasi video dan penggunaan gambar yang sesuai, kategori “Sangat Baik” dari aspek materi meliputi kesesuaian KD dengan materi dan kejelasan materi, dan kategori “Sangat Baik” dari aspek bahasa meliputi kemudahan penggunaan bahasa. Hasil respon guru dan siswa kelas IV sebagai pengguna media animasi konsep budaya Indonesia memperoleh kategori “Sangat Baik” yang meliputi aspek kualitas isi materi, media dan kemanfaatan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka media pembelajaran video animasi konsep budaya Indonesia ini memiliki kualitas sangat baik untuk digunakan bagi siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS di sekolah dasar. ----- This research is motivated by the use of less attractive learning media used by teachers in the learning process and the variety of materials about Indonesian culture that require a solution in the form of learning media innovations that can minimize these problems.The purpose of this research is to produce an animated video learning media of Indonesian cultural concepts that can be an alternative learning media for social studies subjects in elementary schools. The research method used is Design and Development (D&D) using the ADDIE model which consists of analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The participants involved are media expert validators, material experts, linguists; The respondents involved were teachers and fourth grade students at SD Negeri 050 Cibiru. The results of the research are in the form of learning media products, animated videos of Indonesian cultural concepts that have passed the expert validation process and user assessment as respondents. The validation results show that the animated video learning media gets a "Very Good" category from the media aspect including ease of use of media, video duration and appropriate use of images, the "Very Good" category from the material aspect includes KD conformity with the material and material clarity, and the " Very Good” from the language aspect including the ease of using language. The results of the teacher's and fourth grade students' responses as users of Indonesian cultural concept animation media obtained the "Very Good" category which includes aspects of the quality of the material content, media and usefulness. Based on these results, the animated video learning media of Indonesian cultural concepts has very good quality to be used for students in social studies learning in elementary schools.
