Abstract
Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Umum di SMK Pasundan 3 Cimahi yang belum optimal. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran regulasi diri, kesiapan belajar dan hasil belajar siswa, serta adakah pengaruh regulasi diri dan kesiapan belajar terhadap hasil belajar baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan dengan menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan model skala likert. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X OTKP di SMK Pasundan 3 Cimahi yang berjumlah 62 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh regulasi diri terhadap hasil belajar dengan kategori sedang, pengaruh kesiapan belajar terhadap hasil belajar dengan kategori sedang serta pengaruh regulasi diri dan kesiapan belajar terhadap hasil belajar secara simultan berada pada kategori sedang. This research raises the non-optimal problem of student learning outcomes in the subjects of General Administration at SMK Pasundan 3 Cimahi. This research was conducted to determine the description of self-regulation, learning readiness and student learning outcomes, and whether there is an influence of self-regulation and learning readiness on learning outcomes either partially or simultaneously using the explanatory survey method. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The population in this study were 62 students of tenth grade in the Office Governance Automation at SMK Pasundan 3 Cimahi. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of self-regulation on learning outcomes in the medium category, the influence of learning readiness on learning outcomes in the medium category and the influence of self-regulation and learning readiness on learning outcomes simultaneously in the medium category.
