Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan dalam penelitian sebelumnya tentang fasilitas belajar dengan memeriksa persepsi guru tentang keberadaan fasilitas belajar di PAUD pada khususnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat seberapa baik guru mempersiapkan dan memahami fasilitas belajar dikelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian fenomenologi. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah dua orang guru yang mengajar di sekolah tersebut dan telah mengajar selama tiga sampai empat tahun. Peneliti melakukan analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik, data yang diperoleh kemudian dimasukan ke dalam tema penelitian yaitu definisi fasilitas belajar, kriteria fasilitas guru, kriteria fasilitas anak, peran fasilitas belajar, peran yayasan, peran dari bahan bekas yang digunakan, hambatan yang dirasakan dan upaya yang dilakukan, dimana hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan empat tema besar yaitu bagaimana guru memandang ketersediaan sebuah fasilitas belajar. Berdasarkan temuan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa fasilitas belajar adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat membantu anak belajar, sejalan dengan fungsi fasilitas belajar yaitu untuk memudahkan setiap anak. oleh karena itu, cara pandang guru terhadap ketersediaan fasilitas belajar sangat penting yaitu untuk memastikan proses pembelajaran dengan lancar dan efektif. This study aims to address a gap in prior research on learning facilities by examining teacher’s perceptions of the presence of a learning facility in PAUD in particular. The goal of this study was to see how well teacher perceive and understand a learning facility in the classroom. This study employs a qualitative research design and a phenomenological research approach. The data sources for this study were two teachers who taught at the school and had been teaching for three to four years. Researchers conducted data analysis using thematic analysis, the data was obtained and then entered into the research themes, namely the definition of learning facilities, criteria for teacher facilities, criteria for children's facilities, the role of learning facilities, the role of foundations, the role of used materials, existing obstacles and efforts made, in which the results of this study get four major themes, namely how teachers view the availability of learning facilities. Based on the findings of the data analysis, it is possible to infer that learning facilities are anything that can help children learn, which is consistent with the function of learning facilities, which is to make it easier for every child. As a result, the teacher's perspective on the availability of learning facilities is critical in ensuring that the learning process runs smoothly and effectively.
