Abstract
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena dan konteks dalam Komunikasi Kepala Sekolah dan Implementasi Rencana Kerja Jangka Menengah (RKJM) terhadap Mutu Layanan Sekolah.. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan Kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah Dasar Sekabupaten Purwakarta dan bertujuan untuk:1).Mengetahui deskripsi Komunikasi Kepala Sekolah dan Implementasi Rencana Kerja terhadap mutu layanan sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi SeKabupaten Purwakarta. 2). Mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Komunikasi Kepala Sekolah Dan Implementasi Rencana Kerja Jangka Menengah (RKJM) Terhadap Mutu Layanan Sekolah Dasar Pada Masa Pandemi SeKabupaten Purwakarta.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Probability Sampling melalui Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling yaitu teknik sampling acakan dengan stratifikasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah SD Negeri sekabupaten Purwakarta, berjumlah 79 orang yang tersebar di 17 Kecamatan. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen angket model tertutup yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti dalam bentuk google foam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gambaran Variabel Komunikasi Kepala Sekolah, Variabel Rencana Kerja dan variabel mutu Layanan sekolah termasuk kategori sangat baik, (2) Hasil pengujian terhadap variabel Komuniasi Kepala Sekolah, Implementasi Rencana Kerja terhadap Mutu Layanan Sekolah berdistribusi Normal. (3). Hasil uji homogenitas variabel Komuniasi Kepala Sekolah, variabel Implementasi Rencana Kerja dan variabel Mutu Layanan Sekolah memiliki data Homogen. (4). Hasil perhitungan uji linieritas antara variabel Komunikasi Kepala Sekolah, variabel Implementasi Rencana Kerja dan variabel Mutu Layanan Sekolah memiliki hubungan yang linier signifikan. (5). hasil pengolahan data terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Komunikasi Kepala Sekolah dan variabel Implementasi Rencana Kerja terhadap variabel mutu layanan sekolah. Kata kunci : Komunikasi Kepala Sekolah, Implementasi Rencana Kerja, mutu Layanan Sekolah. ABSTRACT This research is a descriptive research, namely research that aims to describe the phenomenon and context in Principal Communication and Implementation of the Medium Term Work Plan (RKJM) on the Quality of School Services. The approach used is a Quantitative Approach. This research was conducted in Purwakarta District Primary Schools and aims to: 1)..To know the description of Principal Communication and Implementation of Work Plans on the quality of primary school services during the pandemic in Purwakarta District. 2). Knowing how big the influence of Principal Communication and Implementation of the Medium Term Work Plan (RKJM) on the Quality of Primary School Services During the Pandemic Period in Purwakarta Regency. The sample used in this study is the Probability Sampling technique through Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, which is a random sampling technique with stratification. The sample in this study was the Principal of SD Negeri Purwakarta, totaling 79 people spread over 17 sub- districts. The research data was obtained using a closed model questionnaire instrument developed by the researcher in the form of google foam. The results showed that: (1) Description of Principal Communication Variables, Work Plan Variables and school service quality variables included in the very good category, (2) The test results for Principal Communication variables, Implementation of Work Plans on School Service Quality were normally distributed. (3). The results of the homogeneity test of the Principal Communication variable, the Work Plan Implementation variable and the School Service Quality variable have homogeneous data. (4). The results of the linearity test calculation between the Principal Communication variable, the Work Plan Implementation variable and the School Service Quality variable have a significant linear relationship. (5). the results of data processing there is a significant influence between the Principal Communication variable and the Work Plan Implementation variable on the school service quality variable.
