Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru Di Sekolah Dasar Se- Kecamatan Cibeunying Kaler Kota Bandung. Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan Cibeunying Kaler Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun teknik yang dilaksanakan pada penelitian ini yaitu penyebaran angket melalui Google Form dengan partisipan sebanyak 87 guru . Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2016 dan SPSS Versi 25.0 for windows. Hasil perhitungan WMS (Weight Means Score), menunjukkan hasil temuan dengan skor kecenderungan umum variabel X (Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Sekolah) sebesar 4.46 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan skor kecenderungan umum variabel Y (Kinerja Mengajar Guru) sebesar 4.56 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.666, artinya terdapat hubungan kuat antara variabel X (Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Sekolah) dengan variabel Y (Kinerja Mengajar Guru). Adapun hasil uji signifikan diperoleh thitung 8.227 dan ttabel 1.988 jika dibandingkan maka t hitung > t tabel. Dengan uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 44.3%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan Cibeunying Kaler Kota Bandung. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja Mengajar Guru This research is entitled “The Influence of Principal Instructional Leadership Toward Teaching Performance of Elementary School Teachers In Cibeunying Kaler District, Bandung City. In general, the purpose of this study is to describe the effect of the principal's instructional leadership on the teaching performance of teachers in Elementary Schools in Cibeunying Kaler District, Bandung City. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The technique used in this research is the distribution of questionnaires through Google Form with 87 teachers as participants. The calculation analysis in this study uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS Version 25.0 for windows. The results of the calculation of WMS (Weight Means Score), show the findings with a general tendency score for the X variable (Principal Instructional Leadership) of 4.46 which is included in the very good category. While the general tendency score of the Y variable (Teaching Performance of Teachers) of 4.56 is included in the very good category. The result of the calculation of the correlation coefficient is 0.666, meaning that there is a strong relationship between the X variable (Principal Instructional Leadership) and Y (Teaching Teacher Performance). The significant test results obtained t count 8,227 and t table 1,988 when compared, then t count > t table. With the coefficient of determination test of 44.3%. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the principal's instructional leadership on the teaching performance of teachers in Elementary Schools in Cibeunying Kaler District, Bandung City.
