Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang mendalam tentang program learning cycles untuk menumbuhkan literasi finansial anak. adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan anak TK Kelompok B. Analisis data yang digunakan adaah analisis data kualitatif dengan teknik tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa keterampilan finansial anak usia dini yang umumnya tumbuh pada anak usia dini, yaitu mengenal konsep mata uang, transaksi ekonomi, dan laba rugi, kebutuhan dan keinginan, menabung, peduli sosial, bahkan sampai pada kejahatan finansial, berperilaku jujur, bertanggung jawab dan berperilaku hemat. Perancangan program learning cycle dilakukan secara terintegrasi antara kurikulum entrepreneur dan kurikulum 2013, yang di mulai dari penyusunan materi, model pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, merencang ragam media pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan program learning cycle dimulai dengan eksplorasi, perencanaan, pengerjaan serta merefleksi apakah hasilnya sesuai harapan atau tidak. Pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran ini dilakukan dengan teknik observasi atau pengamatan yang dilakukan guru sampai pada pelaporan. Adapun hambatan yang dirasakan oleh guru selama proses pembelajaran yakni keterbatasan waktu, kemampuan mencari informasi pengetahuan anak, pemahaman anak, rasio anak. This study aims to obtain an in-depth picture of the learning cycle of the program to grow children's financial literacy. As for the data collection techniques were carried out through observation, field notes, interviews, and documentation studies. The subjects in this study were school principals, teachers, and kindergarten children in Group B. The data analysis used was qualitative data analysis with thematic techniques. The results show that there are several early childhood skills that generally grow in early childhood, namely recognizing the concept of currency, economic transactions, and profit and loss, needs and desires, saving, social care, even financial crime, honest behavior, responsibility. Responsible and frugal. The learning cycle of the design program is carried out in an integrated manner between the entrepreneur curriculum and the 2013 curriculum, starting from the preparation of materials, learning models, learning methods, designing various learning media. The implementation cycle of the learning program begins with exploration, planning, working and reflecting on whether the results are as expected or not. The implementation of this learning evaluation is carried out by using observation techniques or observations made by the teacher to reporting. The burden felt by the teacher during the learning process is time constraints, the ability to find information on children's knowledge, children's understanding, child ratios.
