Abstract
Secara umum bentuk ensiklopedia kebanyakan dikenal dalam bentuk buku bacaan yang sistematis dan disusun secara alfabetis, dengan perkembangan teknologi bermaksud untuk membuat ensiklopedia berbasis web dengan isi materi ornamentasi permainan piul Sunda yang disusun dalam kajian pembuatan ensiklopedia ornamentasi permainan alat musik piul Sunda berbasis web. Hal ini dilandaskan dengan sedikitnya sumber informasi tentang alat musik piul Sunda, padahal sumber informasi tentang alat musik piul penting untuk dijadikan pembelajaran dan kelestarian budaya lokal. Permasalahan tersebut semakin dimotivasi dengan perkembangan akses informasi melalui internet, maka dari itu bentuk ensiklopedia berbasis web dengan substansi ornamentasi permainan piul Sunda bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bentuk ensiklopedia serta mendokumentasikan ornamentasi permainan alat musik piul kedalam bentuk web. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (analisis,desain,pengembangan,implementasi,evaluasi) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menganalisa karakteristik alat musik piul Sunda yang akan dijadikan bahan dasar substansi ensiklopedia, kemudian didesain untuk mengetahui kerangka fikirnya, selanjutnya mengkualifikasi nama-nama ornamentasi piul dan membuat web dan memberikan penilaian melalui google form terhadap pengguna untuk mengetahui penilaiannya. Hasil dari penilaian menunjukan terbantunya ensiklopedia berbasis web yang berisikan konten vidio tutorial sehingga memudahkan pengguna dalam membayangkan kontruksi bunyinya serta meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang ornamentasi piul Sunda. Dengan demikian, pembuatan ensiklopedia ornamentasi permainan alat musik piul Sunda dapat diterima sebagai sumber informasi dan bahan pembelajaran. in general, the form of encyclopedias is mostly known in the form of reading books that are systematic and arranged alphabetically, with technological developments intending to create a web-based encyclopedia with the contents of ornamentation material for the Sundanese piul game which is compiled in the study of making an ornamentation encyclopedia of the Sundanese piul musical instrument game based on the web. This is based on the lack of information sources about Sundanese piul musical instruments, even though sources of information about piul musical instruments are important for learning and preserving local culture. This problem is increasingly motivated by the development of access to information through the internet, therefore the form of a web-based encyclopedia with the substance of the Sundanese piul playing ornamentation aims to develop an encyclopedia form and document the ornamentation of the piul musical instrument game into web form. This research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) with a qualitative approach. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The researcher analyzes the characteristics of the Sundanese piul musical instrument which will be used as the basic material for the encyclopedia substance, then it is designed to find out the frame of mind, then qualify the names of piul ornamentation and create a web and provide an assessment via google form to users to find out their assessment The results of the assessment show that a web-based encyclopedia containing video tutorial content makes it easier for users to imagine the sound construction and increases public knowledge about Sundanese piul ornamentation. Thus, the creation of an ornamentation encyclopedia of Sundanese piul musical playing instrument can be accepted as a source of information and learning materials.
