Abstract

Pandemik Covid-19 menyebabkan sekolah di Indonesia harus melakukan pembelajaran daring, sebagian guru belum terampil dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar digital. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan kesulitan yang dihadapi guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar Matematika selama proses pembelajaran secara daring. Langkah pengembangan bahan ajar daring Alonso (dalam Pribadi & Putri, 2019): analisis tujuan pembelajaran & isi bahan ajar, rancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, eksekusi, evaluasi, dan review. Metode penelitiannya deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Populasi 48 guru kelas IV di SD Negeri Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang, sampel 36 orang dengan teknik acak sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data: wawancara & dokumentasi kepada 6 orang dan kuesioner kepada 36 orang termasuk yang telah diwawancarai. Analisis data menggunakan teori Milles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian yaitu persiapan guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar Matematika dengan membuat RPP daring, mempersiapkan bahan ajar, dan platform yang akan digunakan. Tahap pelaksanaannya, menggunakan buku paket Matematika, buku Bupena, dan video Youtube yang kemudian dikembangkan menjadi modul & komik. Penyajian bahan ajar melalui video pembelajaran yang dibuat sendiri, video call dan voice note. Platform yang digunakan WhatsApp grup, Zoom, dan Microsoft Teams. Kesulitan yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya penguasaan materi dasar siswa, keterbatasan kuota, jaringan, dan smartphone yang dimiliki siswa, kurangnya motivasi, semangat, kepercayaan diri, dan kemahiran guru dalam mengoperasikan TIK dan media digital. -----The Covid-19 pandemic causes schools in Indonesia to do online studies, some teachers are not yet skilled at developing digital teaching. The purpose of this research is to know the preparation, implementation, and teacher’s difficulties in developing math materials during the online learning process. Alonso (in Pribadi & Putri, 2019) the development materials during online learning steps: analysis the purpose of learning & content of materials, design, development, implementation, execution, evaluation, and review. Research methods are descriptive-qualitative with a case-study approach. Population 48 fourth grade teachers in Tanjungsari district, Sumedang city, sample 36 people with simple random sampling. Data collection technique: interviews & documentation to 6 people and questionnaires to 36 people including those interviewed. The data analysis used the theory of Milles and Huberman. Research results: teacher preparation for developing math materials during online learning are creating online RPP, prepared materials and platforms to be used. The teacher's implementation are used a math package book, Bupena’s book, and a Youtube video that was developed into a module & comic. The materials presented by self-generated learning videos, video call and voice note. The platform used are Whatsapp Group, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Teacher’s difficulties are the lack of basic student material mastery, limitations of the student's internet quotas, internet access, and smartphone, the lack of motivation, enthusiasm, confidence, and teacher expertise in ICT and digital media.
