Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan Terhadap Kompetensi Profesional Guru Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kecamatan Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kecamatan Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Excel 2013 dan SPSS versi 25.00 for Windows. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS), menunjukan bahwa Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan berada pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata indikator variabel sebesar 2,74. Untuk Kompetensi Profesional Guru di Kecamatan Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata indikator variabel sebesar 3,46. Analisis korelasi antara pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru memiliki hubungan cukup kuat dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,572. Besarnya pengaruh program pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru dari hasil uji determinasi sebesar 32,8%. Hasil perhitungan signifikansi diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 5,72, sedangkan ttabel dengan α = 0,05 adalah 1,672 artinya thitung > ttabel yaitu 5,72 > 1,672 terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y. Adapun persamaan regresi kedua variabel yaitu Y= 20,751 + 0,586 X yang artinya persamaan regresi tersebut mempunyai arti bahwa jika Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan bertambah satu satuan sebesar 20,751, maka nilai Kompetensi Profesional Guru akan bertambah sebesar 0,586. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan, Kompetensi Profesional ABSTRACT This research is entitled "The Influence of Continuing Professional Development Program on Professional Competence of High School Teachers in Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency". In general, the purpose of this study is to analyze the description of the effect of continuous professional development on the professional competence of high school teachers in Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The calculation analysis in this study uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS version 25.00 for Windows. The results of the calculation of the Weight Means Score (WMS), show that the Continuous Professional Development Program is in the good category with an average variable indicator of 2.74. For the Professional Competence of Teachers in Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency, it is in the very good category with an average variable indicator of 3.46. The correlation analysis between continuous professional development and teacher professional competence has a fairly strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.572. The magnitude of the influence of the continuing professional development program on the professional competence of teachers from the results of the determination test is 32.8%. The results of the calculation of significance obtained the value of tcount of 5.72, while ttable with = 0.05 is 1.672 meaning tcount > ttable which is 5.72 > 1.672 there is a significant relationship between the X and Y variables. The regression equation for the two variables is Y = 20.751 + 0.586 X, which means that the regression equation means that if Development Continuing Professionalism is increased by one unit by 20,751, then the value of Teacher Professional Competence will increase by 0.586.
