Abstract
Representasi karakter perempuan pada tokoh perempuan dalam novel Rapijali 1: Mencari begitu kental disampaikan oleh setiap tokoh perempuan dalam novel, hal tersebut menjadikan novel Rapijali 1:Mencari tidak cukup dibaca saja namun juga perlu adanya tanggapan ilmiah khususnya mengenai karakter tokoh perempuan yang ada di dalamnya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memeroleh deskripsi struktur novel, deskripsi representasi karakter tokoh perempuan dalam novel, dan perancangan pembelajaran teks novel di SMA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Stanton (2019) untuk mengkaji struktur novel, teori Hall (1997) untuk menganalisis representasi karakter tokoh perempuan dalam novel, dan model perancangan Dick and Carey (1990) sebagai perancangan pembelajaran sastra di SMA. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya data struktur novel Rapijali 1:Mencari,adanya representasi karakter tokoh perempuan dalam novel yang digambarkan dalam tiga bagian yaitu, penampilan perempuan, minat perempuan, dan kecerdasan perempuan. Adapun pemanfaatan penelitian terhadap perancangan pembelajaran sastra di SMA dirancang untuk pembelajaran Kompetensi Dasar 3.8, 4.8 dan 3.9 di kelas XII SMA. Kata kunci: novel, rancangan pembelajaran, Rapijali 1:Mencari, Representasi perempuan REPRESENTATION OF FEMALE CHARACTERS IN RAPIJALI'S NOVEL 1: MENCARI BY DEE LESTARI AND ITS UTILIZATION AS LITERATURE LEARNING DESIGN IN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SHS) by Clarisa Septiani Putri NIM 1706030 ABSTRACT The representation of female characters in female figures of the novel Rapijali 1: Mencari is so strongly conveyed by every female character in the novel, it makes only read the novel Rapijali 1: Mencari is not enough, but also needs a scientific response, especially about the character of the female characters in it. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the structure of the novel, a description of the representation of female characters in the novel, and the design of novel text learning in high school. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with content analysis method. This study uses Stanton's theory (2019) to examine the structure of the novel, Hall's (1997) theory to analyze the representation of female characters in the novel, also Dick and Carey's (1990) design model as a literary learning design in high school. The results of this study are the data structure of the novel Rapijali 1: Mencari. The representation of female characters in the novel is described in three parts, it is female appearance, female interest, and female intelligence. As for the use of research on the design of literary learning in high school, it is designed for learning basic competition points 3.8, 4.8, and 3.9 in XIIth grade of Senior High School.
