Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran beban kerja, gambaran kinerja pegawai, serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Pendidikan Luar Biasa. Penelitian dilaksanakan karena ditemukan beberapa fenomena terkait dengan kinerja pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Pendidikan Luar Biasa yaitu pegawai melakukan pekerjaan melebihi jam kerja atau waktu kerja yang ditempuh lebih banyak, kedisiplinan pegawai kurang maksimal, dan terdapat target atau tujuan yang belum terealisasi. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan Teknik sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kecenderungan umum dengan teknik Weight Means Score (WMS), variabel beban kerja memperoleh nilai 2,52 dan termasuk kedalam kategori baik, dan variabel kinerja pegawai memperoleh nilai 3,21 dan termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik. Perhitungan koefisien korelasi menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara kedua variabel adalah sangat rendah, dan berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi beban kerja berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,02% terhadap kinerja pegawai dan selebihnya yaitu 99,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini. Kesimpulan menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara beban kerja dan kinerja pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Pendidikan Luar Biasa, karena diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,729 > 0,05 dan diketahui bahwa nilai t yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,348 < 2.004. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACK This research was conducted to find out the description of the workload, the description of the employee’s performance, and to find out how much influence the workload has on the performance of the employees at the Center for the Development and Empowerment of Education and Kindergarten Educational Personnel and Special Education. The research was carried out because several phenomena were found related to the performance of employees at the Center for the Development and Empowerment of Educators and Kindergarten Educational Personnel and Special Education, namely employees who work more than working hours or work time taken more, employee discipline is not optimal, and there are targets or unrealized goals. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, and the sample technique used in this research is proportional stratified random sampling. Based on the results of the general trend calculation using the Weight Means Score (WMS) technique, the workload variable got a value of 2,52 and was included in the good category, and the employee performance variable got a value of 3,21 and was included in the very good category. Calculation of the correlation coefficient shows that the relationship between the two variables is very low, and based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination the workload has a positive effect of 0,02% on employee performance and the remaining 99,8% in influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. The conclusion shows that there is no significant effect between workload and employee performance at the Center for the Development and Empowerment of Education and Kindergarten Educational Personnel and Special Education, because the obtained significance value is 0,729 > 0,05 and the t value obtained is of 0,348 < 2.004.
