Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa di Sekolah Dasar. Rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif terlihat dari siswa yang kurang percaya diri untuk mengungkapkan gagasannya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan hasil peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedagogik kreatif pada pembelajaran IPS di kelas VI SDN 1 Awirarangan Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode yang digunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dengan desain penelitian Kemmis & Taggart dirancang dalam 3 siklus dengan 12 tindakan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran dirancang melalui pendekatan kontruktivistik dengan modifikasi metode pembelajaran bertujuan menekankan peran aktif siswa sehingga meningkatkan antusias dan rasa ingin tahu siswa membangun imajinasi serta rasa empati siswa; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran memfasilitasi siswa untuk bercerita, mengunjungi gedung sejarah perundingan Linggarjati, melakukan wawancara kepada tokoh masyarakat sekitar, dengan tujuan membangun imajinasi dan rasa empati siswa terhadap kisah untuk menghasilkan produk kreatif berupa mind mapping, info grafis manual dan poster; (3) peningkatan kreativitas terlihat saat siswa antusias dan percaya diri mengungkapkan gagasan yang beragam sehingga siswa mampu membangun imajinasi dan rasa empati terhadap tokoh cerita. Peningkatan juga terbukti hasil produk kreatif siswa telah memenuhi indikator pada aspek kelancaran (fluency) ketepatan pemilihan gambar sesuai dengan tema, aspek keluwesan (flexibility) menunjukan perbedaan gambar yang dihasilkan, aspek kebaruan (originality) menuangkan ide baru dalam gambar, dan aspek elaborasi (elaboration) menguraikan dengan kata-kata sendiri. Abstract: This research was conducted low creative thinking ability of students in elementary schools. The low ability to think creatively could be seen from students who are less confident in expressing their ideas. The purpose of this research is to describe the planning, implementation and results of increasing creative thinking skills. This study used creative pedagogy in social studies learning in 6th grade SDN 1 Awirarangan, Kuningan Regency. The method used by class action research, the research with design of Kemmis & Taggart was designed in 3 cycles with 12 actions. Collected the data used observations, tests, interviews, documentation, and field notes. The findings showed that: (1) learning planning is designed through a constructivist approach with modified learning methods aimed at emphasizing the active role of students so as to increase students' enthusiasm and curiosity to build students' imagination and empathy; (2) the implementation of learning facilitates students to tell stories, visit the historical building of the Linggarjati negotiations, conduct interviews with local community leaders, with the aim of building students' imagination and empathy for stories to produce creative products in the form of mind mapping, infographic manuals and posters; (3) the increase in creativity is seen when students are enthusiastic and confident in expressing various ideas so that students are able to build imagination and a sense of empathy for story characters. The improvement is also proven that the results of students' creative products have met the indicators on the fluency aspect, the accuracy of the selection of images according to the theme, the flexibility aspect showing the differences in the resulting images, the originality aspect of pouring new ideas into the image, and the elaboration aspect describe in their own words.
