Abstract
Dalam Era Revolusi 4.0 sekarang ini, guru dituntut menguasai keahlian, kemampuan beradaptasi dengan teknologi baru dan tantangan global. Dalam konteks persiapan guru kejuruan, integrasi soft skills maupun karakter dalam proses pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam upaya menghasilkan lulusan calon guru kejuruan profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penguasaan keterampilan (soft skills) antara mahasiswa yang belum (angkatan 2017) dan sudah (angkatan 2016) menempuh kegiatan PPLSP untuk menjadi guru vokasi di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 diantaranya keterampilan komunikasi tertulis, komunikasi lisan, kepemimpinan dan organisasi, bekerjasama, berkreativitas, memecahkan masalah, belajar, literasi TIK, kejujuran, dan percaya diri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melibatkan 60 sampel sebanyak masing-masing 30 mahasiswa angkatan 2016 dan 2017. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berupa 88 pernyataan self-report (pelaporan diri). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan keterampilan (soft skills) mahasiswa Prodi PTAg angkatan 2017 dan angkatan 2016 untuk menjadi guru vokasi di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 berada pada kategori sedang, sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan penguasaan keterampilan (soft skills) pada beberapa indikator keterampilan (soft skills). ABSTRACT In 4.0 Industrial Revolution Era, teachers are being required to master some expertises, the adaptive ability to new technologies and global challenges In the context of vocational teacher preparations, the integration of soft skills and character has a strategic role in producing the graduates of professional vocational teachers candidate. This study aims to determine the mastery of soft skills between students who had not (class of 2017) and had (class of 2016) conducted to teacher internship programe to become vocational teachers in the forth Industrial Era including written communication skills, verbal communication, leadership and organization, collaboration, creativity, problem solving, learning, ICT literacy, honesty, and self-confidence. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a suvey approach involving 60 samples of 30 students each student class of 2017 and 2016. The samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire in the form of 88 self-report questions (self-report). The results showed that the mastery of the 10 soft skills of student class 2017 and 2016 to become vocational teachers in the Forth Industrial Revolution Era were in the medium category. It means, the students class of 2017 and 2016 need to increasing the 10 soft skills on several indicators of the skills (soft skills).
