Abstract
Dalam penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan kinerja karyawan Hotel Wirton Dago yang mengalami penurunan selama lima tahun waktu berjalan yaitu dari tahun 2015-2019 serta dengan jumlah absensi yang meningkat di Hotel Wirton Dago. Dengan penurunan kinerja yang dialami oleh karyawan Hotel Wirton, bila dibiarkan terus menerus maka akan berdampak terhadap terhambatnya berbagai macam proses bisnis diperusahaan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang salah satunya menarik peneliti adalah lingkungan kerja non fisik dan disiplin kerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran lingkungan kerja non fisik, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan di Hotel Wirton Dago dan juga mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Wirton Dago. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi 70 karyawan dan sampel berjumlah 70 karyawan. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Kemudian untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian, digunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil uji korelasi kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan disiplin kerja sebesar 33,7% Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT Lintang Chantikasari (1604034) "The Influence of Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of Hotel Wirton Dago". Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. H. Suryana, M.Si and Askolani, SE., MM. In this research, the background is the problem of employee performance at Hotel Wirton Dago which has decreased during the five years running, namely from 2015-2019 as well as the increasing number of absences at Hotel Wirton Dago. With the decline in performance experienced by Wirton Hotel employees, if allowed to continue it will have an impact on the obstruction of various business processes in the company. Many factors affect employee performance, one of which attracts researchers is the non-physical work environment and employee work discipline. The purpose of this study was to describe the non-physical work environment, work discipline, and employee performance at the Wirton Dago Hotel and also to determine the effect of non-physical work environments on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance and the influence of non-physical work environments and work discipline on Wirton Dago Hotel employee performance. This study uses descriptive and verification methods with a population of 70 employees and a sample of 70 employees. The analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis. Then to test the research hypothesis, used the F test and t test. The results of the research that have been conducted show that the non-physical work environment and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the correlation test, employee performance is influenced by the non-physical work environment and work discipline by 33.7% Keywords: Non-Physical Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance
