Abstract
ABSTRAK Proses penggunaan metode belajar membutuhkan evaluasi untuk mengetahui tingkat ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Sekolah dapat merepresentasi pemanfaatan metode belajar dalam mengembangkan keterampilan peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode belajar outdoor study dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spasial peserta didik kelas XII di SMA Angkasa Husein Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode expose facto, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner dengan teknik analisis menggunakan uji regresi linear dan uji koefesien korelasi. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu efektivitas metode outdoor study sebagai variabel bebas dan kecerdasan spasial sebagai variabel terikat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pada tahapan perencanaan mendapat skor 4 dari 5. Pada tahap implementasi mendapat skor 10.4 dari 12 dan skor evaluasi menunjukan 90% mencapai progress. Efektivitas metode outdoor study memberi korelasi pada kecerdasan spasial dengan R hitung sebesar 0,824 artinya nilai persentase efektivitas metode outdoor study dalam megembangkan kecerdasan spasial peserta didik memiliki pengaruh yang sangat berarti sebesar 82.4% yang menunjukan metode oudoor study efektif dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spasial. Koefisien determinasi Rsquare (R2) sebesar 0,515 atau 51,5%. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas metode outdoor study memberikan kontribusi terhadap kecerdasan spasial peserta didik sebesar 51,5 %, sisanya 48,5 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulannya efektivitas metode outdoor study dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan spasial peserta didik secara efektif dalam penelitian ini. Schools can represent the use of learning methods in developing students' skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using outdoor study methods in developing the spatial intelligence of class XII students at SMA Angkasa Husein Bandung. This research uses an expse facto method, with a quantitative approach. Data collection using a questionnaire / questionnaire with the analysis technique using linear regression test and correlation coefficient test. The variables in this study are the effectiveness of the outdoor study method as the independent variable and spatial intelligence as the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 90 students. The results showed that the effectiveness at the planning stage got a score of 4 out of 5. At the implementation stage it got a score of 10.4 out of 12 and the evaluation score showed 90% achieved progress. The effectiveness of the outdoor study method correlates with spatial intelligence with R count of 0.824, which means that the percentage value of the effectiveness of the outdoor study method in developing students' spatial intelligence has a very significant effect of 82.4%, which shows that the oudoor study method is effective in developing spatial intelligence. The coefficient of determination Rsquare (R2) is 0.515 or 51.5%. This shows that the effectiveness of the outdoor study method contributes to the spatial intelligence of students by 51.5%, the remaining 48.5% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this study.
