Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program pendidikan inklusif di SMA Negeri 1 Banjaran sebagai sekolah inklusi yang terdapat peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus di dalamnya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian meliputi tenaga administrasi, dan dua orang pendidik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan uji kredibilitas dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat dukungan secara tidak langsung dari dinas pendidikan dengan adanya kuota khusus bagi PDBK, di sekolah PDBK memperoleh hak yang sama dengan peserta didik pada umumnya, terdapat kepedulian dari warga sekolah terhadap PDBK dengan turut melibatkannya dalam kegiatan sekolah, namun sekolah tidak melaksanakan assesmen bagi PDBK, tidak melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak lain dalam proses pembelajaran serta tidak membuat program pembelajaran individual bagi PDBK sehingga semua permasalahan dalam pembelajaran masih ditangani oleh pihak sekolah. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the inclusive education program at SMA Negeri 1 Banjaran as an inclusive school which has students with special needs in it. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The research subjects included administrative staff and two educators. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To test the validity of the data, the credibility test was used with triangulation of sources and techniques. The results show that there is indirect support from the education office with a special quota for PDBK, in PDBK schools get the same rights as students in general, there is concern from school residents for PDBK by involving it in school activities, but schools do not implement it. assessment for PDBK, do not collaborate with other parties in the learning process and do not create individual learning programs for PDBK so that all problems in learning are still handled by the school.
