Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh sedikitnya penelitian yang membahas tentang pola komunikasi guru dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan dijenjang PAUD. Penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan di PAUD perlu diperhatikan sebagai sebuah solusi yang dapat membentuk perilaku maupun mental spiritual dan keagamaan anak di masa depannya, khususnya pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi guru dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan di TKIT Daarul Fikri. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi dengan narasumber yaitu guru di TKIT Daarul Fikri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola komunikasi dalam penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan menggunakan semua pola komunikasi mulai dari pola komunikasi satu arah, dua arah, dan multi arah. Penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan di TKIT Daarul Fikri menggunakan berbagai metode yaitu metode bernyanyi, metode bercerita, metode tanya jawab, metode demonstrasi, metode karyawisata, metode keteladanan, dan metode pembiasaan. Kata Kunci : Guru, Pola Komunikasi, Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Keagamaan ABSTRACT TEACHER'S COMMUNICATION PATTERNS WITH CHILDREN IN APPLYING RELIGIOUS VALUES (Research Case Study of Teacher Communication Patterns with Children in Applying Religious Values at TKIT Daarul Fikri, West Bandung Regency) Chici Maya Sari 1607413 This research is motivated by the lack of research that discusses teacher communication patterns in instilling religious values in early childhood education. The inculcation of religious values in early childhood education needs to be considered as a solution that can shape the behavior and mental, spiritual and religious of children in the future, especially in early childhood education. This study aims to determine the communication patterns of teachers in instilling religious values in TKIT Daarul Fikri. This study used a qualitative research design with a case study method. The data collection techniques used interviews and documentation studies with resource persons, namely teachers at TKIT Daarul Fikri. The results showed that the communication patterns in instilling religious values used all communication patterns ranging from one-way, two-way, and multi-way communication patterns. The cultivation of religious values at TKIT Daarul Fikri uses various methods, namely the singing method, the storytelling method, the question and answer method, the demonstration method, the field trip method, the exemplary method, and the habituation method.
