Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS. Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, peneliti menggunakan model Problem Based Learning. Model pembelajaran ini menjadikan sebuah masalah sebagai poin utama dalam pembelajaran, masalah yang ada merupakan masalah disekitar siswa sehingga pengetahuan siswa terhadap suatu peristiwa atau sebuah masalah yang ada di sekitarnya akan meningkat. Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan rancangan pembelajaran berbasis Problem based learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas 5 SD tentang pengaruh interaksi manusia terhadap pembangunan ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Delphi, yang diadaptasi dari model Linstone Harold A. Subjek penelitian adalah pakar bidang pembelajaran yang berjumlah 3 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuisioner terbuka yang didistribusikan kepada para pakar. Setelah kuisioner dikembalikan, peneliti membuat ringkasan hasilnya dan berdasarkan hasil kuisioner ini peneliti memperbaiki rancangan hipotesis untuk kembali didistribusikan kepada para pakar. Hasil penelitian ini disajikan dalam bentuk paparan yang telah disimpulkan berdasarkan saran dan komentar dari para pakar ahli yang menunjukkan apabila rancangan pembelajaran berbasis Problem based learning ini diimplementasikan, maka hasil belajar siswa kelas 5 akan meningkat. This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in social studies learning. To improve student learning outcomes, researchers used the Problem Based Learning model. This learning model makes a problem become the main point in learning, existing problems are problems around the students, so their knowledge of an event or a problem in their surroundings will increase. The general objective in this study was to describe a problem-based learning design to improve the learning outcomes of 5th grade elementary school students about the effect of human interaction on economic development. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was Delphi, which was adapted from the Linstone Harold A model. The research subjects were 3 learning experts. The instrument used in this study is an open questionnaire distributed to experts. After the questionnaire was returned, the researcher summarized the results and based on the results of this questionnaire, the researcher improved the hypothesis design to be distributed again to the experts. The results of the research are presented in the form of presentations that have been displayed based on suggestions and comments from experts who show that the learning design using Problem based learning designs are applied, so that the learning outcomes of 5th grade students will increase.
