    Abstract

    Efikasi diri dalam pembelajaran merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan berpengaruh dalam pencapaian prestasi dan kompetensi siswa SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji self efficacy siswa SMK dalam pembelajaran online di masa pandemi covid 19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari enam orang siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Garut, enam orangtua siswa, dan lima guru yang mengajar siswa yang bersangkutan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara. Instrumen wawancara dikembangkan berdasarkan teori aspek self efficacy dari Bandura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) siswa tidak memiliki pengalaman yang menyenangkan dalam pembelajaran online, karena guru kurang kreatif dalam menyajikan materi,(2) siswa tidak memiliki keyakinan dalam pembelajaran online, karena menurut mereka pembelajaran online tidak efektif, (3) faktor-faktor yang mendasari siswa tidak memiliki keyakinan dalam pembelajaran online adalah sarana/media pembelajaran yang tidak memadai. Rekomendasi penelitian ini ditujukan kepada Program Studi Psikologi Pendidikan, sekolah, dan penelitian selanjutnya.
    Self-efficacy in learning is very important and influential in the competence of vocational students. This study aims to examine the self-efficacy of vocational high school students in online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method used in phenomenological research is through a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were six students of class XI SMK Negeri in Garut Regency, six student questions, and five teachers who taught the appropriate students. Data interview technique by interview. The interview instrument was developed based on Bandura's theory of self-efficacy aspects. The results showed (1) students felts unhappy experiences in online learning, because teachers are less creative in presenting material, (2) students do not have confidence in online learning, because online learning is not effective, (3) the underlying factors students do not have confidence in online learning is an inadequate learning medium / medium. This research recommendation is addressed to the Educational Psychology Study Program, schools, and further research.
