Abstract

Upaya dalam mewujudkan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah di SMAN 4 Bandung adalah dengan menanamkan dan membiasakan pendidikan karakter yang bisa menyentuh ranah kognitif, afektif dan, psikomotor. Salah satu program yang menjadi budaya sekolah (School Culture) dan praktik baik di SMAN 4 Bandung adalah program sekolah ramah anak (SRA). Dengan program ini, diharapkan dapat tumbuh karakter baik pada siswa seperti mengucapkan salam, berbicara dan berperilaku dengan sopan dan santun. Dengan adanya program ini, peneliti ingin mengidentifikasi keterkaitannya terhadap karakter siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah melalui program sekolah ramah anak (SRA) untuk menumbuhkan literasi humanitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian studi deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 4 Bandung dengan subjek guru dan siswa serta dari dinas DP3APM Kota Bandung. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, analisis dokumen. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan melalui teknik triangulasi. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) pendekatan yang dilakukan SMAN 4 Bandung dalam mensosialisasikan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah melalui program sekolah ramah anak untuk menumbuhkan literasi humanitas, (2). faktor pendukung dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah melalui program sekolah ramah anak untuk menumbuhkan literasi humanitas (3) kendala dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah melalui program sekolah ramah anak untuk menumbuhkan literasi humanitas (4) upaya mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah melalui program sekolah ramah anak untuk menumbuhkan literasi humanitas. Dari hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa program ini sangat efektif dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah untuk menumbuhkan literasi humanitas meski belum terlihat perubahan karakter siswa secara signifikan. Efforts in realizing character education based on school culture at SMAN 4 Bandung is to instill and familiarize character education that can touch the cognitive, affective and, psychomotor domains. One of the programs that has become a school culture (School Culture) and good practice at SMAN 4 Bandung is the child-friendly school program (SRA). With this program, it is hoped that good character can grow in students such as saying greetings, speaking and behaving politely and politely. With this program, researchers want to identify its relationship to student character. This study aims to analyze the strengthening of school culture-based character education through the child-friendly school program (SRA) to foster human literacy. This research uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive study research method. This research was conducted at SMAN 4 Bandung with the subject of teachers and students as well as from the DP3APM Bandung City office. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, interviews, document analysis. The technique of checking the validity of the data used is through triangulation techniques. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results obtained from this study are (1) the approach taken by SMAN 4 Bandung in socializing school culture-based character education through child-friendly school programs to foster human literacy, (2). supporting factors in strengthening school culture-based character education through child-friendly school programs to foster humanitarian literacy (3) constraints in strengthening school culture-based character education through child-friendly school programs to foster humanitarian literacy (4) efforts to overcome obstacles faced in strengthening character education based on school culture through child-friendly school programs to foster human literacy. From the results of this study, it was found that this program was very effective in strengthening character education based on school culture to foster human literacy, although there had not been any significant changes in the character of students.
