Abstract

Penelitian ini diawali dari kegiatan observasi terhadap kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun yang terlihat belum terarah dan teratur. Anak-anak berlari-lari kesana dan kemari sehingga membuat kelas menjadi gaduh. Upaya pengembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini bisa dikembangkan melalui tayangan video pembelajaran berupa Senam Irama Ceria 3 sebagai pengalihan yang memfokuskan perhatian anak pada tayangan video tersebut. Tayangan SIC 3 juga dapat membantu perkembangan motorik anak yang masih kesulitan menyeimbangkan gerakan langkah kaki kiri dan tangan kanan keatas digerakan bersamaan begitu pula gerakan sebaliknya, membantu kelenturan tubuh anak dan membantu keluwesan gerakan anak yang masih kaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis video Senam Irama Ceria 3 sebagai upaya pengembangan motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui gerakan-gerakan senam pada video tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi dengan subjek peneliti yaitu anak usia 5-6 Tahun di TK Islam Nurul Arafah. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Senam Irama Ceria 3 dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan aspek motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun karena terdapat gerakan yang membantu mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar berupa gerakan lokomotor, non lokomotor dan gerakan matipulatif. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan acuan dan sumber agar meneliti lebih lanjut tentang pengembangan aspek motorik kasar anak usia dini yang lebih luas dan memberikan informasi tentang perkembangan anak usia dini. This research was initiated from the observation of gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years which did not appear to be directed and organized. The children were running here and there, making the class rowdy. Efforts to develop gross motor skills for early childhood can be developed through video teaching in the form of Cheerful Rhythmic Gymnastics 3 as a diversion that focuses children's attention on the video. SIC 3 impressions can also help motoric development of children who are still having difficulty balancing the movements of their left foot and right hand moving simultaneously as well as reverse movements, helping the child's body flexibility and helping the flexibility of children's movements who are still stiff. The results of this study indicate that the Cheerful Rhythmic Gymnastics 3 can be used for the development of gross motor aspects of children aged 5-6 years because there are movements that help develop gross motor skills in the form of locomotor, non-locomotor and non-locomotor movements. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide a reference and a source for further research on the development of a wider gross motoric aspect of early childhood and provide information about early childhood development.
