Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa yaitu kesulitan dalam meembaca dan menulis di SDN Serang 20. Dalam proses pembelajaran, siswa sering dihadapkan dengan berbagai kesulitan dan hambatan dalam menerima pelajaran yang diajarkan. Kesulitan belajar merupakan salah satu masalah yang dihadapi siswa dalam pembelajaran. Kesulitan belajar merupakan suatu hambatan atau gangguan tertentu dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga siswa tidak dapat mencapai hasil belajar yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya upaya untuk mengatasi kesulitan tersebut yaitu berupa layanan bimbingan belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi dang mengetahui jenis kesulitan belajar dan proses layanan bimbingan belajar dalam membantu siswa berkesulitan belajar serta mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam melakukan bimbingan belajar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus yang bertujuan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data berkenaan dengan suatu kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yairu wawancara tidak terstruktur, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi dimana masih terdapat siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca dan menulis. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan solusi dalam membantu siswa berkesulitan tersebut yaitu dengan memberikan layanan bimbingan belajar. Layanan bimbingan belajar yang diberikan yaitu secara individual dan kelompok. Adapun kendala yang dialami yaitu perbedaan karakter, sifat, dan cara berfikir siswa serta faktor-faktor lain, sehingga guru perlu usaha lebih keras dalam kegiatan layanan bimbingan belajar yang diberikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada saat adanya penyebaran pandemi covid-19 di Indonesia termasuk Banten, sehingga terdapat beberapa kendala yang membuat penelitian tidak berjalan sesuai dengan yang sudah direncanakan sebelumnya. Kata Kunci : Kesulitan Belajar, Layanan Bimbingan Belajar Research is motivated by the learning difficulties experienced by students is the difficulty in reading and writing. In the learning process, students are often faced with various difficulties and difficulties in accepting the lessons that are done. Learning difficulties are challenges or difficulties in the learning process so students cannot achieve the expected learning outcomes. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome these problems in the form of tutoring services. The purpose of this study is to discuss learning problems and the process of tutoring service in helping students continounsly learn and understand that encourages teachers to do tutoring. The research design used is to use a Qualitative approach with a case study method that aims to collect and analyze data regarding a case. Data collection technique used were unstructured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study are based on interviews and observations where there are still students who have diffuclty reading ang writing. Therefore, services are needed to help students with these difficulties by providing tutoring services. The obstacles experienced are differences in character, nature, and way of thinking of students as well as other factors, so teachers need more effort in the activities of tutoring services provided at school.Tutoring service provided in the form of individual tutoring services and group tutoring services. This research was conducted at the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, including Banten, there were several obstacles that made the research not run as planned before.
