Abstract

Kemampuan kreatif anak dapat dipupuk dan dikembangkan melalui media pendidikan. Pendidikan sebagai sarana pemupukan dan pengembangan kreativitas anak, harus dikelola dengan sebaik mungkin. Berdasarkan Hasil pengamatan peneliti dari beberapa sekolah, masih banyak guru yang membentuk anak pintar secara kognitif sehingga di taman kanak-kanak di arahkan belajar calistung, padahal kecerdasan anak bukan hanya dari kognitifnya saja melainkan kecerdasan majemuk. Sehingga hal tersebut melatar belakangi penelitian ini. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengamati proses serta hasil kecerdasan majemuk melalui tari kreatif yang dilakukan oleh guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah guru dan 8 orang anak usia 5-6 tahun pada salah satu TK di Kecamatan Plered. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru dapat mengstimulus kecerdasan majemuk anak melalui tari kreatif. Kecerdasan anak bukan hanya kognitif, melainkan disesuaikan dengan bakat anak masing-masing. Children's creative abilities can be nurtured and developed through educational media. Education as a means of fertilizing and developing children's creativity must be managed as well as possible. Based on the observations of researchers from several schools, there are still many teachers who form smart children cognitively so that in kindergartens they are directed to learn read, write, and count, even though children's intelligence is not only from cognitive alone but multiple intelligence. So that this is the background of this research. The purpose of this study is to observe the process and results of multiple intelligences through creative dance performed by teachers. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research samples were teachers and 8 children aged 5-6 years in a kindergarten in Plered District. The results showed that teachers can stimulate children's multiple intelligences through creative dance. Children's intelligence is not only cognitive, but is adjusted to the talents of each child.
