Abstract
Masalah yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini yaitu adanya siswa MI Miftahul Jannah yang terindikasi lamban belajar namun belum diketahui faktor penyebabnya, dan belum adanya suatu penanggulangan untuk siswa tersebut. Siswa tersebut berinisialkan CAH dan MSA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang menyebabkan siswa terindikasi lamban belajar beserta dengan cara penanggulangannya. Adapun subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu dua orang siswa, guru kelas, dan orang tua. Orang tua siswa dipilih dengan pertimbangan orang tua mengetahui secara pasti siswa tersebut, serta apa saja yang terjadi dari masa kandungan siswa hingga sekarang. Guru kelas dipilih dengan pertimbangan guru kelas diharapkan mampu mengetahui perilaku siswa terindikasi lamban belajar selama berada di sekolah, sedangkan siswa dipilih untuk mengetahui apakah siswa tersebut memliki masalah, sehingga dapat diketahui langsung dari siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini studi kasus, dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman wawancara, observasi, disertai dengan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan redukasi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor yang menyebabkan CAH terindikasi lamban belajar adalah faktor postnatal (sesudah lahir), lingkungan keluarga, dan faktor masalah secara pribadi. Sedangkan faktor yang menyebabkan MSA terindikasi lamban belajar yaitu faktor biologis non keturunan, dan faktor masalah secara pribadi. Penanggulangan siswa terindikasi lamban belajar CAH dan MSA adalah dengan cara terapi bermain, terapi perilaku, terapi keluarga, terapi di rumah, dan terapi secara akademik. Hal tersebut dapat membantu menanggulangi siswa terindikasi lamban belajar. Kata kunci: faktor penyebab, lamban belajar, penanggulangan. The problem behind this research is the presence of MI Miftahul Jannah students who are indicated to be slow learners but the cause factor is not yet known, and there is no countermeasure for these students. The student has the initials CAH and MSA. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause students to be indicated as being slow to learn and how to overcome them. The subjects in this study were two students, the classroom teacher, and parents. Parents of students are selected with the consideration that parents know exactly what the student is, as well as what has happened from the student's womb to the present. Class teachers are chosen with the consideration that the class teacher is expected to be able to find out the behavior of students who are indicated to be slow to learn while in school, while students are selected to find out whether the student has a problem, so that it can be known directly from the students. The method used in this research is a case study, using research instruments in the form of interview guides, observation, accompanied by documentation. Data analysis in this study was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study are the factors that cause CAH to indicate slow learning are postnatal (after birth) factors, family environment, and personal problem factors. Meanwhile, the factors causing MSA were indicated to be slow in learning, namely non-hereditary biological factors and personal problem factors. Management of students indicated to be slow to learn CAH and MSA is by means of play therapy, behavior therapy, family therapy, home therapy, and academic therapy. This can help cope with indicated students who are slow to learn.
