Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar adanya anggapan bahwa keteladanan orang tua itu mempengaruhi perkembangan anaknya baik dalam segi menjalankan kehidupan ataupun dalam hal prestasi belajarnya, karena waktu bersama orang tua lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan di sekolah dan orang tua merupakan pendidik pertama bagi anaknya. Dari hal tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keteladanan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas V sekolah dasar di kelurahan Baros, Kecamatan Cimahi Tengah Kota Cimahi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan dalam analisis data digunakan perhitungan statistik dan pengumpulan data menggunakan model interaktif. Setelah dilakukan analisis terhadap data maka di dapat hasil terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara keteladanan orang tua (variabel x) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas V sekolah dasar (Variabel y), dan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh menunjukan korelasi sebesar 0,91 yang artinya memiliki korelasi yang sangat tinggi dan hubungan yang sangat besar jika dilihat bedasarkan kategori koefisien, lalu kemungkinan tidak adanya korelasi sebesar 0,42, dan tingkat kebenaran hubungan antara pengaruh keteladanan orang tua dengan siswa kelas V sekolah dasar yaitu sebesar 58%. Atas dasar pernyataan ini maka nilai r yang telah diperoleh dapat dikatakan signifikan dan memperoleh hipotesis sebagai berikut, terdapat pengaruh antara keteladanan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar di Kelurahan Cimahi, Kecamatan Cimahi Tengah, Kota Cimahi. This research was conducted on the basis of the assumption that parental exemplary influence the development of their children both in terms of running life and in terms of learning achievement, because the time with parents is more than at school and parents are the first educators for their children.From this, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exemplary parents on the learning achievement of fifth grade elementary school students in Baros, Cimahi middle Subdistrict, Cimahi City. Data collection techniques used are, observation, interviews, and documentation. Whereas in data analysis used statistical calculations and data collection using an interactive model. After analyzing the data, the results show that there is a significant influence between the example of parents (variable x) on the learning achievement of fifth grade elementary school students (Variable y), and based on the calculation results obtained shows a correlation of 0.91, which means it has a correlation a very high and a very large relationship when viewed based on the coefficient category, then the possibility of no correlation of 0.42, and the level of correctness of the relationship between parents' obedience with the fifth grade students of elementary schools is 58%. On the basis of this statement, the value of r that has been obtained can be said to be significant and obtain the following hypothesis, there is an influence between the exemplary of parents on the learning achievement of elementary school students in Cimahi Village, Cimahi Middle District, Cimahi City.
