Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab rendahnya kedisiplinan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Pucung II. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian NF, WL, AL, dan R.. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan keempat siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Pucung II tersebut rendah disiplin yaitu: 1.) Faktor Guru; a) guru lebih banyak membicarakan hal diluar materi pembelajaran di kelasnya, b) guru berjualan di kelas pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung, c) metode kegiatan yang digunakan kurang brvariasi, d) guru fokus menulis dan menjelaskan materi pembelajaran di papan tulis, e) guru sibuk mengoreksi tugas pekerjaan siswa, f) kurang memperhatikan kerapihan dan kebersihan siswa, g) siswa yang melanggar tetapi tidak adanya teguran dan diberi sanksi. 2.) Faktor Orangtua yaitu; a) orang tua yang terlalu memanjakan anak, b) kurangnya kasih sayang orangtua, c) orangtua yang otoriter, d) kurang memperhatikan anak, e) kurangnya teguran dan nasihat. The study is to identifi the factor behind the lack of discipline of the fourth grade student of Pucung II. Teh student uses a qualitative approach to NF, WL, AL, and RT research subjected. It is conducted using observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of research, teh factors may be deduced that the four fourth year students in Pucung II were poorly disciplined: 1) teacher factor; a) teacher talk more about things outside the learning materials in his class, b) the teacher deals in class during the learning acitivity, c) the method of activity used is less varied, d) the teacher is busy correcting the student’s work assignments, f) is not paying attention to the student’s neatness ang hygiene, g) student who violates but is lacking reproof and is given sanks. 2) the parents; a) overindulging children, b) lack of parental affection, c) authoritarian parents, d) lack of concern for children, e) lack of reproof and counsel.
