Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar dengan keadaan sarana prasarana sekolah yang kurang menunjang minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat belajar siswa di sekolah dasar, tepatnya di kelas V SDN Pucung III. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengolah data dan mengalisis suatu masalah secara deskripsi atau non numerik. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 4 sampel siswa dan 1 guru kelas. Pengambilan data observasi dilakukan secara langsung saat peneliti melakukan praktek lapangan, sedangkan wawancara dan dokumentasi dilakukan secara online melalui aplikasi WhatsApp karena adanya pandemic Covid-19. Setelah melakukan penelitian, didapatkan hasil observasi yaitu sudah cukup baik, karena masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan. Selanjutnya hasil wawancara yang dilakukan kepada guru dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi minat belajar siswa, hasil wawancara yang didapat yaitu cukup baik karena masih ada beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan. Selanjutnya pada hasil wawancara 4 sampel siswa dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat belajar informan pada pembelajaran IPA, hasil wawancara yang didapat yaitu perasaan senang, ketertarikan siswa, keterlibatan siswa, dan perhatian siswa sudah baik, terlihat dari hasil analisis wawancara dimana setiap pertanyaan dijawab dengan baik oleh informan. Selanjutnya hasil dokumentasi berupa nilai IPA dari 4 sampel siswa sudah baik, terlihat dari nilai yang didapatkan sudah berada diatas KKM. ABSTRACT The background of this research was the interest of student for learning Science in Elementery School that lack basic infrastructure, which affected their interest in Science. The aim of the research was to identify the interest of student for learning Science and its influence factors, especially in 5th grade at SDN Pucung III. This research was included in type of qualitative descriptive research, which used data to be processed and also analyze such of problem in description or non-numeric way. The data of research was collected in observational technique, interview and documentation. The subject of research was 4 (four) students and 1 (one) teacher as sampel. The data was taking directly when the researcher was doing field work practice whereas interview and documentation was doing by online through WhatsApp caused by COVID-19 pandemic. After doing research, the result of observation was adequate because there is still lack of the research. The researcher was interviewing a teacher to identify the influence factors of student’s interest, the result was adequate because there is still needed aspect of enhancement. The interview was doing with 4 (four) students as sampel to identify the interest of student in Science. The result was good for feeling of happiness, interest, involvement, and the attention of students. The students was fine answering all of the questions. The result of documentation was good by scoring in Science of 4 (four) students as sampel, which seem by their score that had been above KKM.
