Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kesenjangan pada kemampuan guru dalam mengimplementasikan Pendidikan antikorupsi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Dua aspek utama dalam kompetensi guru tersebut diantaranya ; 1) pemahaman guru terhadap isu-isu korupsi, pendidikan antikorupsi dan pendidikan nilai dan ; 2) keterampilan guru dalam merencanakan, mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran berbasis antikorupsi. Indonesia Corruption Watch sebagai lembaga non-pemerintah yang memiliki perhatian terhadap antikorupsi, menyelenggarakan sebuah program yang diberinama Sekolah Antikorupsi Guru (Sakti Guru) yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam implementasi pendidikan antikorupsi. Adapun penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengembangkan kurikulum Sakti Guru dengan maksud agar program pelatihan menjadi lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah Design Based Research, dimana dalam pelaksanaanya mencakup empat tahap yang dimulai ; 1) Analisis masalah ; 2) Pengembangan solusi ; 3) Testing dan refinement dan ; 4) Refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini diantaranya adalah , 1) Kompetensi dari desain kurikulum ini adalah “Peserta memiliki sikap integritas, pedagogi yang berorientasi kepada keadilan sosial, memahami antikorupsi, serta dapat mendorong penanaman nilai antikorupsi di lingkungan sekolah baik secara konsep maupun pengembangannya”; 2) Mata latih dan materi yang dikembangkan berdasarkan pengembangan dari kompetensi inti dan dikategori pada aspek sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru 3) metode yang digunakan diantaranya ekspositori, tceramah partisipatif, diskusi , metode praktek dan penugasan; 4) Instrumen penilaian yang digunakan ; Tes uraian , performance test, Produk dan penugasan ; 5) Hasil refleksi disimpulkan bahwa desain kurikulum yang dikembang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta diklat dan ICW This research was motivated by the existence of social inequality in teacher Competency that related with the ability to implement Anti-Corruption based learning. Two main aspect of the Teacher Competency are, first the Teacher understanding about Corruption issues, Anti-Corruption Education, Values Education; while the second aspect is related to the Teacher skills in planning, implementing and evaluating Anti-Corruption based learning. Indonesia Corruption Watch as the non-governmental organization that concern in Anti-Corruption Act, held a program named Sekolah Antikorupsi Guru (Sakti Guru) that specifically increase the Teacher Competency in Anti-Corruption Education. This research was intended to develop the Curriculum of Sakti Guru, so that the training program become more relevant to the Teacher itself. The method used in this research was Design Based Research method, while in the actual implementation includes 4 step that start with ; 1) problem analysis / training program needs analysis ; 2) solution development / the Curriculum design development ; 3) Testing and Refinement and the last ; 4) Reflection. The instrument that used in this research are interview with the headmaster of the Anti-Corruption School, questionnaire for the Teacher and documentation study. The result of the research are, 1) The competencies of this curriculum design are "Participants have an attitude of integrity, pedagogy oriented towards social justice, understand anti-corruption, and can encourage the inculcation of anti-corruption values in the school environment both in concept and in its development"; 2) The courses and materials developed are based on the development of core competencies and are categorized as aspects of teacher attitudes, knowledge and skills. 3) The methods used include expository, participatory lectures, discussions, practical methods and assignments; 4) The assessment instrument used; description tests, performance tests, products and assignments; 5) The results of the reflection concluded that the curriculum design that was developed was in accordance with the needs of the training and ICW participants
