Abstract
Penelitian ini berawal dari hasil analisis kebutuhan bahwa siswa SMK masih banyak merasakan kesulitan dalam menyusun laporan karya tulis ilmiah dari hasil pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang telah dilaksanakannya di kelas. Sekitar 56,25% siswa belum menyusun laporan karya tulis ilmiah dengan sistematis. Padahal, salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa adalah kemampuan menulis ilmiah di antaranya melalui menulis karya tulis ilmiah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan pedoman penyusunan laporan karya tulis ilmiah yang valid, praktis dan efektif bagi siswa SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Pengembangan serta implementasi produk dilakukan menggunakan model TIER (Training Intervention Effectiveness Research). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 siswa kelas XI jurusan Teknik Elektronika Industri di SMKN 1 Katapang. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa para siswa mampu menulis karya tulis ilmiah dengan sistematika penulisan sesuai dengan petunjuk pada pedoman. Studi ini mengungkapkan pedoman tersebut valid, praktis dan efektif. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan skor validasi dari pakar yaitu 4,25 dengan klasifikasi sangat baik, persentase ketuntasan belajar dengan pertumbuhan dari 34,3% menjadi 100% dalam klasifikasi sangat baik, dan skor respon siswa yaitu 4,1 dengan klasifikasi baik. This research started from the results of a need analysis that vocational students still have a lot of difficulties in compiling reports on scientific papers from project-based learning outcomes in class. Around 56,25% of students have not systematically compiled scientific papers. In fact, students must have the ability to write scientifically including writing scientific papers. The purpose of this study is to produce an guidebook for preparing valid, practical and effective scientific paper reports for vocational students. This research used the method of Research and Development (R&D). Product design and implementation was carried out using the TIER model (Training Intervention Effectiveness Research). The subjects in this study were 105 grade XI students majoring in Industrial Electronic Engineering at SMK 1 Katapang. The results of this study concluded that students are able to write scientific papers with systematic writing in accordance with the instructions in the guidebook. This study reveals the guidebook is valid, practical and effective. This was indicated by the validation score of the experts that was 4,25 with very good classification, the percentage of mastery learning with growth from 34,3% to 100% in the classification was very good, and the student response score was 4,1 with good classification.
