Abstract

Instrumen penilaian kinerja untuk mengukur penguasaan kompetensi peserta didik dalam memproduksi roti sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja pada pembelajaran teaching factory produksi roti belum dimiliki oleh SMK Negeri Pertanian Pembangunan Cianjur. Oleh karena itu, instrumen penilaian kinerja peserta didik berbasis website atau e-instrumen yang penilaiannya mengacu pada kompetensi dalam SKKNI perlu dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan e-instrumen penilaian kinerja teaching factory produksi roti dan mengetahui kelayakan e-instrumen penilaian kinerja yang dikembangkan pada pembelajaran teaching factory produksi roti. E-instrumen penilaian kinerja pada pembelajaran teaching factory produksi roti dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE dengan lima tahapan yaitu analisis, desain, development (pengembangan), implementasi dan evaluasi. Partisipan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari manajer teaching factory, ahli materi dan pengguna e-instrumen penilaian kinerja yang terdiri dari dua orang guru APHP yang berkompeten dalam produksi roti dan dua orang guru PPLSP yang telah menguasai proses produksi roti. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. E-instrumen penilaian kinerja yang dihasilkan berbentuk website yang dapat digunakan pada pembelajaran teaching factory produksi roti. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian ahli secara keseluruhan bahwa e-instrumen penilaian kinerja sangat layak digunakan sebagai alat asesmen pada pembelajaran teaching factory produksi roti. Hasil respon pengguna setelah uji coba produk e-instrumen penilaian kinerja yang dikembangkan memperoleh interpretasi “Sangat Layak”. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa e-instrumen penilaian kinerja yang dikembangkan dapat dijadikan sebagai alat asesmen untuk mengukur penguasaan kompetensi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran teaching factory produksi roti. Kata kunci: E-Instrumen, Penilaian Kinerja, Kompetensi Produksi Roti, Teaching factory   Performance appraisal instruments to measure the mastery of students' competence in producing bread in accordance with the needs of the working world in learning teaching factory bread production is not yet owned by the State Vocational School of Agricultural Development in Cianjur. Therefore, the performance appraisal instrument for web-based students or e-instruments whose assessment refers to competencies in the SKKNI needs to be developed. The purpose of this research is to produce an e-instrument of teaching factory performance evaluation of bread production and to determine the feasibility of e-instrument of performance appraisal that is developed in learning teaching factory of bread production. E-instrument of performance appraisal in learning teaching factory bread production was developed using the ADDIE model with five stages namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Participants in this study consisted of teaching factory manager, material experts and users of performance evaluation e-instruments consisting of two APHP teachers who were competent in bread production and two PPLSP teachers who had mastered the bread production process. Data analysis techniques were performed using quantitative descriptive analysis. E-instruments of performance appraisal produced in the form of a website that can be used in the learning teaching factory bread production. Based on the results of the overall expert assessment that the e-instrument of performance assessment is very suitable to be used as an assessment tool in learning teaching factory bread production. The results of user responses after the trial of the product developed performance assessment of e-instrument obtained the interpretation "Very Eligible". This shows that the performance appraisal e-instrument developed can be used as an assessment tool to measure the mastery of students’ competencies in learning teaching factory bread production.
