Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi yang dibuktikan dengan rata-rata hasil Penilaian Akhir Semester genap tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang masih kurang dari Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM)pada SMA Negeri se- Kota Bekasi Selatan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat self efficacy terhadap tingkat hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri se- Kota Bekasi Selatan sebanyak 511 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 224 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data dan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Tingkat self efficacy dan tingkat motivasi berada pada kategori sedang, dan hasil belajar siswa berada dibawah KKM; tingkat self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkathasil belajar dan tingkat motivasi belajar; motivasi belajar memediasi pengaruh self efficacy terhadap hasil belajar. This research is based on student learning outcomes in economic subjects as evidenced by the average results of the final semester evaluation (PAS) of 2018/2019 academic year which is still less than the Minimum Criteria (KKM) of Senior High schools in South Bekasi.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of self efficacy on the level of student learning outcomes in economic subjects with the learning motivation as a mediating variable.The population in this study were XI IIS student of Senior High schools in South Bekasi as many as 511 students.By using a random sampling technique a sample of 224 students was obtained. The research method used was an explanatory survey using a questionnaire as a data collection toolanddata analysis techniques, namely multiple regression analysis with mediating variables.The results of the study show that: the level of self efficacy and learning motivation are in the moderate category and the average learning outcomes tend to be under the KKM; the level of self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the level of learning outcomes and the level of learning motivation;learning motivation mediate the effect of self efficacy on learning outcomes.
