Abstract
Praktik kerja industri (prakerin) merupakan suatu bentuk penyelenggara pendidikan keahlian kejuruan yang memadukan secara sistematis dan sejalan dengan program pendidikan di sekolah menengah kejuruan dengan program penguasaan keahlian yang diperoleh melalui bekerja langsung pada pekerjaan sesungguhnya di industri, untuk mencapai tingkat keahlian profesional tertentu. Setiap program yang dilaksanakan tentunya membutuhkan evaluasi, terutama terhadap program yang belum di evaluasi dan yang akan dijalankan jangka panjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan prakerin di prodi APHP SMKN 4 Garut ditinjau dari aspek context, input, process, dan product. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan evaluatif (evaluation research) dengan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, dan product). Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan prakerin di prodi APHP SMKN 4 Garut. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah ketua prodi APHP, guru pembimbing sekolah, pembimbing industri, dan siswa kelas XII APHP. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pelaksanaan prakerin di prodi APHP SMKN 4 Garut di tinjau dari aspek context secara keseluruhan sudah sesuai dengan pedoman prakerin yang tercantum dalam pedoman prakerin DPSMK 2017. Untuk aspek input secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan prakerin demi keberjalanan prakerin yang baik sudah sesuai, akan tetapi untuk sarana prasarana masih belum menunjang dengan industri tempat prakerin. Untuk aspek process secara keseluruhan sudah sesuai dengan pelaksanaan prakerin berdasarkan kriteria standar. Untuk aspek product secara keseluruhan sudah sesuai dengan kriteria standar DPSMK 2017. Industrial work practice (internship) is a form of vocational education provider that combines systematically and is in line with educational programs in vocational high schools with a mastery program of expertise obtained through working directly on actual work in industry, to achieve a certain level of professional expertise. Every program that is implemented certainly requires an evaluation, especially for programs that have not been evaluated and will be run long term. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the internship in the 4HP Garut Vocational School APHP program in terms of context, input, process, and product aspects. This study uses an evaluative approach (evaluation research) with a CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, and product). The object of this research is the implementation of an internship at the Garut 4 SMKN APHP study program. Data sources from this study were the head of the APHP study program, school supervisors, industry advisers, and APHP class XII students. Data collection techniques were carried out through surveys using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of the internship in the APHP 4 SMKN Garut study program in terms of overall context aspects is in accordance with the internship guidelines listed in the DPSMK internship guidelines 2017. For the overall input aspect, the implementation of the internship for the sake of a good internship journey is appropriate, but for infrastructure facilities still do not support the industry where the internship. For aspects of the process as a whole is in accordance with the implementation of the internship based on standard criteria. For overall product aspects, it is in accordance with the 2017 DPSMK standard criteria.
