Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada permasalahan tentang bagaimana implementasi kurikulum Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah di Kota Bandung, terkait dengan proses pembelajaran yang mencakup aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian dan pengawasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Implementasi Kurikulum Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah di Kota Bandung, dengan meneliti proses pembelajaran yang mencakup aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data di lapangan menggunakan beberapa instrumen yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi dengan jumlah populasi 6.201 guru yang tersebar di 30 kecamatan di Kota Bandung, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah di Kota Bandung terkait perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian dan pengawasan mengalami kendala-kendala dan dukungan. Pada perencanaan pembelajaran yaitu terkait pembuatan silabus dan rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru mengalami kendala pada penyusunannya, namun masih mengacu pada buku pedoman kurikulum dari Kementerian Agama. Kemudian pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran dimana kondisi ruangan kelas cukup memadai, namun terkendala pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Sedangkan pada penilaian, mayoritas guru telah melakukan penilaian berupa tes dan pada pengawasan, kepala sekolah telah melakukan pemantauan pada proses pembelajaran. Namun baik penilaian maupun pengawasan kedua-duanya masih terkendala pada teknik dan prosedural yang belum tersistematis serta minimnya sumber daya manusia. Munculnya kendala-kendala tersebut lebih di dominasi oleh banyaknya guru yang belum memiliki standar kualifikasi akademik, sehingga dengan adanya kendala-kendala tersebut tentunya sangat berpengaruh terhadap implementasi kurikulum di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah di Kota Bandung;
This study focused on the issue of how the implementation of the Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah curriculum in the city of Bandung, related to the learning process that covers aspects of planning, implementation, assessment and supervision. The purpose of this study was to analyze which the Implementation of the Curriculum of the Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah in Bandung City, by examining the learning process which included aspects of planning, implementation, assessment and supervision. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The process of collecting data in the field uses several instruments, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation with a population of 6.201 teachers spread across 30 sub-districts in Bandung, with a total sample of 73 teachers. The results showed that the implementation of the Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah curriculum in Bandung related to planning, implementation, assessment and supervision experienced obstacles and support. In the planning of learning that is related to the making of syllabus and lesson plans, the teacher experiences obstacles in its preparation, but still refers to the curriculum manual book from the Ministry of Religion. Then in the implementation of learning where the conditions of the classroom are sufficient, but are constrained by learning activities. Whereas in the assessment, the majority of teachers have conducted assessments in the form of tests and on supervision, the principal has monitored the learning process. But both assessment and supervision are both still constrained by technical and procedural conditions that have not been systematic and the lack of human resources. The emergence of these constraints is more dominated by the number of teachers who do not have standard academic qualifications, so that the existence of these constraints is certainly very influential on the implementation of the curriculum in the Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah in Bandung City.
