Abstract

Program Studi PPG merupakan program pendidikan yang diselenggarakan untuk mempersiapkan lulusan S1 Kependidikan dan S1/D IV Non Kependidikan yang memiliki bakat dan minat menjadi guru agar menguasai kompetensi guru secara utuh sesuai dengan standar nasional pendidikan sehingga dapat memperoleh sertifikat pendidik profesional pada pendidikan anak usia dini, pendidikan dasar, dan pendidikan menengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui persepsi guru pamong mengenai kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa PPG prajabatan dalam program keaglian agribisnis pengolahan pertanian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara hasil dari pengembangan dari KEMENDIKNAS tahun 2007. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan rata-rata persentase sebesar 85% atau dapat dikatakan sebagian besar mahasiswa PPG telah menguasai kompetensi pedagogik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, guru bahwa mahasiswa PPG program keahlian Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian sebagian besar telah menguasai kompetensi pedagogik. Penelitian ini dihimbau dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan penambahan waktu perkuliahan PPG.; The PPG Study Program is an educational program that is organized to prepare graduates of S1 Education and S1 / D IV Non-Education who have the talent and interest in becoming teachers to master teacher competencies in full in accordance with national education standards so that they can obtain professional educator certificates in early childhood education. basic education, and secondary education. The results of this study obtained an average percentage of 85% or it can be said that most PPG students have mastered pedagogical competencies. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the teacher that most PPG students in Agricultural Product Processing Agribusiness expertise programs have mastered pedagogical competencies. This research can be used as a material to consider the addition of PPG lecture time.
