Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh temuan pada siswa kelas V Sa’id SDIT Fitrah Insani 2 yang melakukan aktivitas pembelajaran permainan bola kecil, hasil dari pengamatan tersebut rendahnya keterampilan bermain dan kurangnya inovasi oleh guru Pendidikan Jasmani dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran. Upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut peneliti menerapkan salah satu model pembelajaran yaitu model inkuiri dalam pembelajaran permainan bola kecil untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan bermain siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dengan 2 siklus 4 tindakan dan menggunakan instrumen GPAI (Game Performance Assessment Instrument) untuk mengukur keterampilan bermain siswa. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas 5 Sa’id SDIT Fitrah Insani 2 Kab. Bandung dan subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 28 siswa. Hasil observasi menunjukan tingkat keterampilan bermain siswa masih sangat rendah atau kurang terampil yaitu sebesar (44%) adapun hasil siklus 1 tindakan 1 mencapai hasil sebesar (53%), siklus 1 tindakan 2 mencapai hasil sebesar (62%), Siklus 2 tindakan 1 mencapai hasil sebesar (70%), dan Pada siklus 2 tindakan 2 mengalami peningkatan mencapai hasil sebesar (77%). Dari data hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian mengalami peningkatan dari setiap siklus dan tindakannya sehingga dengan Penerapan Model Inkuiri dalam Permainan Bola Kecil dapat meningkatkan keterampilan bermain siswa. APPLICATION OF INQUIRY MODELS IN SMALL BALL GAMES (Classroom Action Research in Class 5 Sa’id SDIT Fitrah Insani 2) Dikhi Candra PJSD Study Program Indonesian Education University ABSTRACK This research is motivated by the findings on the students of class V in SDIT Fitrah Insani 2 who do the learning activities of Small ball game, the results of these observations are the less of the playing skills and the innovation created by Physical Education teachers in applying the learning model. To overcome these problems, the researchers applied one of the learning models, namely the inquiry model in learning Baseball games to find out the improvement of the students' playing skills. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) carried out by 2 cycles of 4 actions and uses the GPAI (Game Performance Assessment Instrument) to measure the students' playing skills. The object of this research is the fifth grade of Sa'id SDIT Fitrah Insani 2 Bandung Regency and the subjects of this study are 28 students. The results of observations show the skill level of the students' playing is still very low or less skilled at (44%) as for the results of cycle 1 (action 1) yields the result of (53%), cycle I (action 2) gets the result of (62%), cycle 2 (action 1) yield the result of (70%), and the cycle 2 (action 2) gets increased the result of (77%). From the research data done, it can be concluded that the study gets increased from each cycle and its actions so that the Application of Inquiry Model in Small ball Games can improve the students' playing skills.
